Do a factory reset and try again.
Oh, and don't double post. You've already asked this in the q&a thread.

If you hold down the power and the volume+ buttons until your phone reboots, it will take you to fastboot. Does that work for you? If so, you can try rebooting into recovery from there. And if that doesn't work you could try flashing TWRP again in fastboot.
And if none of that works for your, you may have to use the unbrick tool.
PS: is your battery dead? Try recharging the phone.

Thank you for all the tips but I have tried everything you mentioned. It does nothing. Like I said the only sign of life is when I plug it into my pc the pc dings when I put the charger in or take it out but the device doesn't show up on my pc. I tried putting in fastboot but when I put adb devices it doesn't find it. I tried using the unbrick tool but when I try to open one of the tools that's needed it gives me a error message. I just got this phone last week. I'm salty

Maybe your USB port is at the cell is broke... Or did you already try, to plug in the cable without battery in the phone? Did you try to directly flash a kdz file with smartflash, or did you unpack it to bin/fls files before?

The charge images are inside the boot partition if you overwrote that partition it would not show images when charging. What OS is your PC running? If its Linux run lsusb or cat /proc/devices to see if it detects it. Windows doesn't play nice with bairly working devices. I have no idea about how Mac handles it.

Same Here
Hello,
I have exactly the same problem as statet above. My phone is totally black.
nothing happens when i put it on charger,
nothing happens when i hold power button,
nothing happens when i hold power buton + down volume,
nothing happens when i remove battery, hold down volume and plug in usb.
My phone worked fine, i have used like 3 or 4 roms. i made a backup of a ROM.
This went totaly succesfull, just as it did before a couple of times.
After this backup it rebooted succesfully to my CM10 nightly.
Then it said my SD card got dismounted and i opend ROM manager and clicked on reboot to recovery.
and then i got in the situation where i am now.
can anyone please help me? im pretty scared that i bricked my phone.
Which is kinda odd because it wasn't aborted during any flash or backup.
Hardware cannot be damaged right ?

[V20A] Fastboot drivers for Bootloader Unlock [Solved]

Hi @ all
I'm working on unlocking my bootloader
and it always get stuck on this "factory reset for first bl unlock" thing
and I think it is because of missing fastboot drivers ( possibly that's why it's working
on linux distros).
When my phone get stuck and I go into device manager in Win 7
there's a fastboot device with a yellow triangle (=missing drivers),
so do anybody know how I can get those drivers?
I already installed latest LG drivers (through LG Update Tool and from a external download)
and I updated adb and that whole thing but still no fastboot drivers
Are there any drivers available for our v20A yet?
Thanks for your help in advance,
you guys are awesome

you don't need the fastboot driver simply type adb reboot oem-unlock, the official way...

Youl'll find fastboot drivers here, in post number 17 by 'nedooo'. He attached them in his post. They worked for me!
Well I think you didn't get where I got stuck
I do the official way (or any other way) and I get into the
unlock procedure menu, then I press volume up
and it says "Download Mode" (in red) and nothing happens
but the fastboot device is recogniced in windows (without drivers).
If I unplug the usb before or after the download mode thing appears
it shows the next line (factory reset for first bootloader unlock ... please wait).
But then nothing happens
Tried plugging usb back in and power button but nothing happens after that.
So I think it's the fastboot driver

How do you install them? I run the Install.exe but nothing happens. I am running it as administrator too. And the FilterDriverInstaller.exe is in chinese so I don't think it's that one. Sorry if this is a super noobish question.
Edit: Don't. Just don't.... **** I'm retarded
Edit 2: I have the same problem (stuck on factory reset), but I can't seem to find the fastboot driver with the yellow triangle in device manager. Is it something completely else that's causing my problem?
Edit 3: Don't know why, but I now get the message Done... Now ready!
You guys need windows 7 PC to unlock the device. And make sure your PC have android fast boot drivers given by needooo installed in. If drivers in PC are not perfectly configured you can't unlock your device. Why windows 7? Known truth windows 8 sucks. You can't install fast boot drivers in windows 8
Not yet solved you must be missing something do as it is in the post.

1, uninstall the LG suport tool and then reinstall it agien.
2, connect phone to computer.
3, open LG suport tool and from it uppdate/install adb drivers. (If u have drivers but maby wrong drivers uppdate, if u dont have drivers you install).
4, now u have the latest and right drivers on your device.
For me that worked very good....good luck

Few posts before yours there's a link to fastboot drivers. Just install those manually. For me those where the only one working so you should give it a try
The problem seem to be that there are different fastboot versions or something similar.

[Q] Stuck in Bootloader & Error 170 during RUU Update

I was trying to restore back to stock and followed the directions completely. After over and hour plus the onscreen message kept saying it was sending the ROM files to the phone its pretty clear it wasn't. So now I am stuck in the Bootloader with no ROM image at all. My Win8 computer suddenly won't recognize the device, I have removed and re-installed the drivers that worked before and get nothing.
I am on my wife's Win7 computer and I still cannot get the device to be recognized with the current drivers installed. The only thing I can do is power down my HTC One and reboot in the Bootloader - Fastboot.
I could use any help urgently.

Have you tried flashing a recovery in fastboot?
The command is fastboot flash recovery nameofrecovery.img
Flash a custom recovery and then install a custom rom through it.That should make your phone usable for the moment. When you have time again you can try going back to stock.
I have heard these things recommend by others:
- Be sure you have the latest drivers. Download HTC Sync if need be, and sure to reboot your PC, then allow enough time for the phone to be recognized.
- Try a different USB port.
- Power down phone by simulating a battery pull by holding down the power button for up to fifteen seconds, then reboot into recovery by pressing the volume down key as the phone restarts.
Good luck!

Thanks. I tried the power down as you mentioned it just reboots everytime, I also tried the rebooting into recovery - Fastboot. I also tried all 4 USB Ports on my laptop.
Any other thoughts on this?
I tried the HTC Sync installer still get the same thing USB Device Not Recognized.
My device wasn't able to work with USB 2.0 port, is there only USB 2.0 on your laptop?
Sent from my HTC One™
I have USB 3.0 but no joy on any of my ports. On the phone with HTC Support they are USELESS. The only thing they can offer is to reload the OS by replacing the motherboard and that takes 2 weeks and $200. There has to be a better way.

My laptop only has USB 3.0 ports. I could get HTC sync to
work fine, but the PC wouldn't recognize the phone when in the bootloader. I was struggling to find an answer until I came across this blog and this worked flawlessly. The problem is with the Microsoft USB 3 host controller. This method replaces 2 Microsoft drivers with Intel drivers.

Follow this to a T. It does require rebooting the PC to disable driver signing, so make sure you bookmark the link to go back to it after you rebooted. If this helps you, just press the thanks button!

I truly want to say THANK YOU, to everyone here at XDA-Developers. It is truly one of best communities for help, advice and resources and no one is ever left behind.
I was able to use my Win7 desktop at work, (very open workplace) and use the drivers that come with the All In One Root Kit and was able to get Fastboot USB and get my ROM back on my phone. I am now completely back to stock, wow that was scary stuff.
Above all else I learned a HUGE lesson, ask questions, wait for responses and ask more questions if you don't understand because someone will help you. Just as I was helped and saved last night and today by everyone here I too will pay it forward in anyway I can.
Thank you all for your help. HTC is NOT getting my $200 for a new motherboard. I mean their Tech Support at 12:20am is not that great but at least someone was there.

minimal_adb_fastboot_v1.1.3_setup.exe - 2.12 MB

By definition a hard brick is not recoverable.
OK, try this.
Code:
adb devices
and tell me what that says.
Also, download and install flashtool from the first thread in the dev section. Open the driver folder from the installation path and run drivers.exe. Choose flashmode, fastboot and TX drivers.
Then run flashtool and attach the phone, disconnect and try attaching in flashmode, disconnect and try to attach in fastboot. Then copy and paste the output from flashtool here.
One final thing, try to attach again in flashmode but this time do this.
Press and hold volume up, attach USB cable, keep pressing volume up and now press the power button. Hold both buttons for 10 seconds or until the green LED comes on. Tell me what happens.

Your warrenty is void because you unlocked the bootloader.
oh one more thought from me. you sure your battery wasnt gone empty while you did flashing stuff?
happened to me one time, restored backup and battery gone empty while in the process. it looked dead too for some time, but wasnt.

[Q] Did I just hard-brick my Xperia T?

Hello.
I was installing different boot.img by Flashify app. Then I was asked to restart my phone, pressed the button and... nothing.
My phone doesn't turn on, LED doesn't blink while connected to adapter, phone is recognized as Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008.
I'm 99% sure my phone is hardbricked, but I'm not going to lose it. If there are any possible solutions to recovery it, I'll risk to keep my phone alive (or dead).
Thanks for any response

If it is hard bricked then open the phone disconnect the battery and reconnect it..then use flashtool to flash a kernel with recovery and flash another rom..you should then be good to go!
@PeterGeorgiou already tried it, gives nothing.

Try to press and hold volume up and power simultaneously and connect to pc. I managed to recover my XV that way.
If it doesnt work, take battery out and in and retry.
Good luck!!
Still nothing :/
Second question: is there any chance that if I send it for a guarantee, sony experts won't find that my phone was modificated?

All you have to do is put the phone in fastboot mode and use Flashtool to flash a stock kernel or the kernel for your ROM if you're on a Custom ROM, which is the first thing a repair shop will do if you tell them what you did and/or if they really are "experts". You should google how to put your phone in fastboot mode since I've already heard about several people saying they've ruined their phone when in fact they just have no idea how to put it into fastboot/flash mode properly.
If they manage to boot up the phone they will see that you've at the very least rooted your phone and installed apps that require root, so you might want to consider that.

If I was able to put my phone in fastboot mode, I wouldn't make this thread. Main reason of creating this topic is that I can't access my phone in any way including many combinations of keys, disconnecting battery etc.

I know, I'm just saying because, just as you, I've seen other people make threads because they say they can't do this and that, and then it turns out they just don't know what they are doing. You wouldn't be the first person who couldn't get into fastboot mode, when in fact, didn't know how to get into fastboot mode, which is why I reminded you, because if a Sony Service Center does in fact boot up your phone and see you have rooted, that might most likely void your warranty and you'd have to pay; so it's best if you really figure out if you actually know how to get into fastboot/flash mode.

Of course it's unlocked :>
It's a boot.img from Omni ROM dated on 09.23.2014. Rom I've installed is WhiteNeo's NeoWave based on CM11.

NeoWave is based on Omnirom... not CM11.
Boot.img had to be installed by Flashtool or manually in bootloader mode.
The only way is to connect to PC pressing volume UP.
Power+volumeUP is a good way to reset a wrong kernel.
No sign from your phone? No blue light?
Have you tried to change usb cable? To change PC?
If there's no red light when you connect the recharger, it's a bad sign though

Sorry, my bad.
Haven't switched USB cable (I've got only one), but I'm sure it works because I've checked it on my secondary phone.
Tried to do it on PC and also on my laptop, both don't work.
And a really bad thing is that when I connect my phone to recharger there's no red light.

Perhaps you need to find a way to recharge your battery because it's to low for anything to happen?
Someone should inform the Flashify developer that his app bricks our phones.. Perhaps he can add some kind of device check to prevent this in future.

There are some chargers like that on the market.
The question is if you want to invest the money and give it a try.

Or just buy a new battery, which has always a little charge before installation.
A wrong kernel doesn't allow to recharge and the battery may discharge quickly, that's true, but the fact that after rebooting there was no sign is a very bad thing.
Maybe the battery was suddenly fried... who knows.. Yeah, give it a try.
