How do you guys restore your apps and settings? Do you use the built-in MIUI backup/restore app or is Titanium Backup the way to go?

I use Titanium backup. If it doesn't work, I use Migrate.

hi,
Firstly,
if you rooted /custom Rom, i dont think Smart Switch will work. otherwise yes if you on stock non rooted... its ok, but very limited in backup options.
Secondly,
best option if you rooted and /or on custom Rom is an app "Titanium root" (Play store )( i prefer paid version, more options ) is your best choice, as you can back up you apps app data, settings, save games?.. etc The best choice around.
Good luck
Please someone create a module for full andoid backup including system etc, apps.
For people who don't have TWRP because is not available and no Root access only using Magisk . It will be a great deal and help last rescue. Thank you so much for understanding.

Not working for my LeEco le3 Pro AI x650
Uhhh if your phone doesn't have root, then you don't have Magisk. So a Magisk mod is useless for you. If you do have root just use titanium backup or similar app to back your apps up and restore them. It can even do system apps.

And also, TitaniumBackup does not do full partition backups.

FlashFire doesn't work on my phone
you can use migrate to backup
Migrate - ROM data backup: 4.0 - Apps on Google Play
after flash your rom and root install Migate flasher and restore without custom recovery
Migrate flasher - Apps on Google Play
...and it works with A12 n A13? On phones with A/B partition? If so, I need to give it another, esp. since the new version...fingers crossed.

I test it on A12 & A13, using emergency restore but it's only useful in backup user and system apps, not full system backup
Hello everybody, i have a question about Google Android backup :
When I look at the data of the app saved, I only see google app and no other. Is that normal?
It seems to me that I've seen screenshots backup of other users with data from other app.
I thought the backup was for all installed app. Is there a specific parameter ??
Could someone confirm this to me?
Thanks, have a good day

Strange this disappearance. I had just purchased the Pro version. Did they get kicked out of the Play Store? I sent an email a week ago and got no response.
The company's telegram disappeared as well. It was this one: https://www.telegram.me/buggysofts
For those who still have Alpha Backup Pro installed, here is how to be able to reinstall it later.
I installed SAI app and I made a backup of Alpha Backup Pro (splited APK) as well as SAI itself (single APK).
So to reinstall, first install SAI from store or APK, then Alpha Backup Pro using SAI.

Yes! It was the best application for this function. I bought the pro version why it was worth it. I have no idea why the developers have disappeared. Did they receive any threat?
A competitor that is not at the same level is Swift Backup.
I would also very much like Alpha to come back, but this is looking definitive.

I'll try. It can be an alternative. Hopefully restore bank apps on another phone too without having to send the documentation again.

I realized that it is a new app on tests. You still have no option to put password on the backups. Perhaps in the future maybe a good replacement for the missing Alpha Backup.

3 months later, which app do you use to backup and restore apps?
Neo Backup from F-Droid
Does anybody know why it was removed? What happened with this company? Is the app malicious?

Neo Backup is the only backup app that I used that can fully back up Kodi. Being FOSS is a bonus.
