Hello. I am an IT engineer. I have two mobile phones, one with Spreadtrum chipset and one with Mediatek Helio chipset. Those are my favourite chipsets because they bring advanced features to budget phones. Android is my favourite OS. It's nice to be a part of community of like-minded people, to be able to reach out for help and also to help others. Cheers!

Hi Everyone!
I am Justine. I liked to research and review gadgets, and I love to repair smartphones whether it is a software or hardware problem.
Basically, I love to modify Android by watching and reading tutorials. However, I stopped experimenting in 2018.
Right now, I am trying to cope up with the new technologies that can be used to modify Android.
Thankful to be here in XDA.
Stay safe everyone!

Hello,
my name is Vincent. Let's say I'm purely an end-user of android devices. Strongly attached to controling my desktop tools I would like to know a bit more about smartphones hardware and software so I can tweak the device the way I love...
Currently a pure ignoramus I hope I can learn some basics by myself and through the help of the community.
Best,
Vincent.

Hi everyone,
I appreciate this forum and the sharing of info.
I'm in the process of switching to a custom ROM to stop feeding the marketing matrix. I'm happy to see that higher quality hardware is now compatible, but it seems there are various factors that need to be sorted out to be sure a phone will work.
I hope to learn from others here so I can successfully make the switch.
Roger

Hello, My name is Tamil and i'm an Android user who also happens to be a curious person in tweaking and exploring the new possibilities of Android. My First visit to XDA Forums was in 2016 when i discovered the android experience of my phone was not optimal and decided to use the availability of custom ROMs myself in my android phone which XDA Forums helped me a lot to learn about custom ROMs and how to do it, properly. Appreciating all of their efforts and work to the welfare of the android community users. Long live their popularity. Always my love and support goes to XDA Forums forever. Thank You, Guys !
