I was not able to add nor delete fingerprints. In lockscreen it was giving this error "fingerprint hardware not available"
I tried to wipe cache/dalvik no use
I clean flashed my rom and gapps and now there is no option in settings for fingerprint sensor
Im using Havoc 10 latest version
Edit: Apparently my fingerprint was broken physically so I changed it and everything is working fine now

Hello,
I just installed the latest cyanogen rom (cm-10.1-20130113-NIGHTLY-p990.zip), everything was working fine. Then I installed the latest gapps (gapps-jb-20121212-signed.zip) to get gesture typing, which causes this problem: when I write in an empty input, if I press one letter or after the second word wrote with gesture typing, the keyboard disappears for 5 seconds, then everything works fine.
I did a factory reset, format /system and dalvik cache, but the problem is still here.
Someone has also this bug?

Does this have anything to do with the gapps? What gapps are you using? I think the right ones for Paranoid Android are gapps-jb-20121011. But I think that SwiftKey should work anyway. Is everything ok in "Language & input" in the settings?

I used to use those, but now I tried Aroma Multipack by tantrums after full wipe and it's still the same... In Language & input I see only Swift Key and I can only go to Swift Key settings from there.

"Instructions:
Coming from another ROM:
Make sure everything is set up properly (correct CWM for your bootloader etc.)
No need for a full wipe you're coming either from a official CM10 old bl or from a CM10 new bl ROM.
Any other ROM: Do a full wipe! Apperantly even needed if you come from CM10.1.
Just do the wipe, you will be thankful afterwards when everything does run better.
Format /system
Choose the correct ROM for your bootloader
Flash ROM + Gapps
Flash the latest kowalski kernel!
Reboot
Don't restore system apps (like Settings) or system data (like Wifi data) with TitaniumBackup!
You'll find a new Settings entry "Paranoid Settings" - to get a first impression of PA choose "Launch" and then "tonyp's profile".
If you want to use adb in recovery, here are my modded adb drivers for ICS.
Updating from a previous version:
Backup your PA Settings (at Settings - Paranoid Settings - Tools)
Download new build
Flash ROM (you don't need to do a full wipe - or any other wipes)
Flash the latest kowalski kernel!
Reboot
done"
You did everything as tonyp said??

I did, I'm on PA for a while now, but when I saw that crashing I did a full wipe and still nothing.
EDIT: I went from old bootloader to new and for now everything looks fine.
Broken compass,gyroscope,accelerometer and proximity switch.
I was in cm11.After official lollipop release,i flashed zip with TWRP 2.8.6.0.
Everything works fine except compass, gyroscope, accelerometer and proximity switch.
In service test they exist but but the reading is always 0(meters) or 1(proximity).
And I flash thought tft ,but the issues still exists.
So,I tried cm12,but cm12 keep optimizing app and reboot.
I did those install after full wipe.
Then,I tried relock bootloader and fix it with pc companion pro.
But the meters and proximity still doesn't work.
Even i downgrade to cm11,the problem is still there.
Does this means it is a hardware failure and I just didn't notice they were broken before?
And why I can't cm12 keep optimizing app and reboot?
Or cm12 keep reboot because I did use a appropriate kernel?
I am confused with installing kernels.
Does zip flashing form recovery include kernel?
Or boot.img made by TWRP include kernel?
TFT include Kernel?
PC companion pro repair service installs kernel?
I'm getting the error "Unfortunately camera has stopped" when I open any camera app (stock, play store) after flashing CM 12.1-20150803-Nightly-vs980. Camera was working fine on CM 12, I updated to 12.1 using the dirty flash method. I flashed the new 5.1 gapps and phone rebooted with no problems. I wiped cache through TWRP, reseted app preferences, clear data and cache, rebooted a few times and nothing works. Anyone having the same problem or knows how to fix it? Thanks.

Same issue. Need to fix it as I use my camera daily.
I was on CM 12 and got the latest CM 13 nightly as well as latest Nano Gapps. I flashed both zips but during the initial setup, I didn't get the option to restore the apps I used to have earlier on CM 12.
Another issue I'm facing is, whenever I choose the Factory Reset option from Settings->Backup & Reset the phone turns off and then I can see the TWRP/TeamWin blue screen and it keeps turning off and on (flickering).
So I flashed twrp 3.0 in my phone and flashed the latest cm 13 nightly and open gapps, everything goes fine but after booting during the configuration wizard itself play services and play store keeps crashing (says stopped working).
I tried flashing cm13 snapshot build, Ressurection remix, tried open gapps, slimgapps, agapps,Bank's gapps. It still keeps saying "Unfortunately, the app has stopped working".
I tried flashing cm13,wiping cache, flashing gapps, still gives the same issue.
I tried flashing CM13 alone without gapps, During this it says music stopped working. when i open browser it FCs too.
This is messed up :/
I think the issue is somewhere else
Please help me sort this out, Thanks!
Try in this order
Flash CM13, flash any custom kernal that supports cm13 (Check zeus), flash su zip to root, flash gapps. After flashing in this order. reboot.
Didnt help :/
Almost all system apps force closes. (browser, camera, music, etc)
I think there is some problem with the partitions :/
Help
Update:
I have not inserterd my sdcard all this time and it caused the issue.
I inserted my sdcard back and everything came working fine.
Didnt think a simple sdcard could cause such a big problem -_-
