Hello friends, i have recently noticed some abnormal behaviours when using my phone, it takes toooo long to boot(about 3 min) and UI crashes sometimes, and it shuts down suddenly, my phone storage is 40% full, and my battery health is at 76%, can someone help me troubleshoot this problem

Recently after installing battery monitor widget I was able to see exactly how much battery was being used every 5 minutes.
After a reboot the phone will usually use 2mA-6mA every 5 minutes but if I receive a text message this jumps to around 45mA and the drain remains on 45mA per 5 minutes. During calls the drain is around 110mA per 5 mins which makes me think that 45mA is really alot for the phone to be using while idle. What I end up doing is rebooting the phone after every text message which has started to annoy me right now.
Also I did try freeing ram and killing all apps but the drain will just not drop to the 2mA.
Has anyone got some tips or a workaround to this problem?
I bought SGSA 2 months before and updated it to JB with Kies (Unrooted). I had around 30-40 apps installed along with 2x battery saver. The battery used to remain for 2 days on phone calls, texts, minimal wifi and games usage. When I fully charge my phone at night , lock it and wake up in the morning, it would have dropped to 99% or 98% I was quite happy with the performance.
But over a period of time, it started lagging a lot and touch became unresponsive. So I factory reset my phone 2 days back. and installed 25 apps again. But now the battery drains like dam. I charge my smartphone to 100% at around 11 pm and when I wake up around 6 am. The battery percent would be about 54%-52%. I dunno what to do ? Even tried the same 2x battery saver but it didn't work.. Please help !!

Depends what apps you instaled. If you have good amount of ones that use autosync, it can cause battery drain. Also turn off internet overnight.
Hello People!
I lately observed a strange thing in my Battery Usage History.
Somehow it doesnt reset at all.
I had my phone switched off and charging last night so at this time 6 hours since I turned it on its shows as history 2 days and 13 hours on battery.
Has anybody noticed something similar?
Is there a way to fix this so it will show the actuall usage of battery?
ok since a couple of days ago my phone had the best battery life i could ever want, but now when i have lets say 65% left and play a high-end game (like GTA III, Vice City etc.) it will stay at about 60% for a very long time while i'm playing the game.BUT when i leave the game and stop using the phone it drops at huge amounts. It sometimes even shuts off the phone when it still has a min of 15% left (with which before the problem accured, i could listen to music for about 2 hours before the battery showed me the second warning message (below 4%).When the phone restarts when i have lots of battery left it almost always beeps for low battery when it starts up again. So i plug in the charger and the next thing i know (literally after a few seconds) the battery percentage is up with at least 10% which i find impossible as it took about 2 hours for the phone to fully charge when having less than 5% battery left when i bought it in March this year.So my question is whats wrong with my battery ??? Will buying a new one from Handy solve the problem? I'm out of ideas so any help is much appreciated.I'm starting to hate my phone for this issue
Hello. I need some help with my new (like 3 weeks old) P20 Pro (single sim, no root).
I'm really happy with this phone now except for one thing. That thing is Standby drain.
I lose like 1-2% PER HOUR over night, doing nothing.
I left my phone last night on 25% and went to sleep.
Next morning, 7 hours later I was on 13%, losing almost 2% per hour.
In my opinion, that's just too much for doing nothing on the phone.
I'm not an expert reading those battery stats, but I dont actually see a problem.
There are no wake locks and the only apps that use the battery are Android-System, Kernel (Android OS) and Google Play-Services.
Huawei Health and Google Play-Services used the Sensor time a lot, but I don't know if the sensor time is important for the battery.
If you have a solution, please give me an advice.
My dad gets the same phone next week and I wanna get it done untill he gets the phone, so I can do the same.
Things I've done:
- wiped cache
- reverted to factory settings via standard recovery
- debloated (like 15-20 apps)

Trust me, you're experiencing the same thing I have been for the last 6 months. It takes around 3 weeks or so for the phone to learn how you use the battery and from what people have told me on XDA, Reddit and Telegram, this battery drain is "normal" which I still don't believe. I had a Redmi Note 5 Pro before this phone and it probably drained only 2% overnight over 7 hours and I could hit SOT of near 11 hours on a single charge so idk what Huawei has done with the battery optimization of this phone as my Note 5 Pro also had a 4000mAh battery like this phone.
All you can do is continue using the phone and hope it stops soon or maybe think about replacing it with a better phone
