Are there any issues like NFC or Widevine?
And do you still get OTA updates with an unlocked bootloader? Could you root the device too?

Don't ever do that otherwise you'll end up hard bricking up your device. Bootloader should only be locked on the original firmware(China ROM) that the device came with.

Ensure the path to the batch file doesn't have any spaces in it - e.g. copy the extracted ROM to the root of your C drive.

You need to fully extract the fastboot ROM. It is a Linux/Unix tarball. In Windows you will need to extract it twice. Open the tgz file and extract the file. I have found that sometimes the file you extract doesn't have an extension. If this is the case rename the file and add .tar on the end. Open this tar file and extract the contents. You will have a folder full of batch files, with a subfolder full of image files. You need to point Mi Flash Tool to this extracted top level folder.

You have two ways to do that. Either through TWRP Recovery (Safer) or through Fastboot (Risky) via Mi Flash tool.
Backup your data
1. Download the Global recovery rom and place it in the Downloads folder on your phone. Flash the LR TWRP Recovery through fastboot. Wipe Data, Cache, Dalvik. Flash the Global Rom zip. Do a swipe to factory reset and reboot.
2. Download the fastboot image. Install the Mi Flash tool. Extract the download .tgz fasboot image on the desktop of your computer. Open the Mi flash tool and point it to the folder on desktop where you extracted the image. In the Mi Flash tool, change the option to “Clean All” and hit the flash button. Make sure you dont choose the “Clean All & Lock” option as it would hard brick the device.

Flash the full fastboot ROM and yes TWRP would be overwritten.
Providing it is STOCK TWRP and not any port with features such as (agressive stock recovery disable)

Extract it and look for a recovery.img file.

oof enough with the modesty xd
My name is fine enough
But No problem
The method of flashing the ROM from recovery did not work, my phone became dead, it entered EDL mode, and I could not get out of this situation, and I could not enter the fast boot, and I bought another phone and flashed the orange fox recovery and I got the same problem again, the phone entered EDL mode, why the phone crashes quickly

How to do this?

I unlocked my bootloader on my Redmi Note 9 Global, now I want to install China ROM (not India, not Indonesia, just China ROM.) and I want to install TWRP then install Magisk. What should I do? (step by step, if you can, please.)
Firstly, you need to read alot.

So... I can just select "Clean All" in Mi Flash and flash? Will the recovery get replaced if I do that?

I currently have Orange Fox and I need to install an update to my device, if I don't have the stock recovery.img, it won't let me install it and with my internet it takes a long time downloading a stock ROM to be able to get just that file.

Sorry i don't have it, i usualy use this fastboot method to restore my phone to stock MIUI. But you would need to download fastboot rom which is over 5GB in size to extract just recovery or flash whole system..

btw do u know if i should install magisk the zip flash way or the patched boot.img way?
I always roo with fastboot method
But remember that you must disable avb before flashing the patched img.
fastboot --disable-verity --disable-verification flash vbmeta vbmeta.img
fastboot flash boot patched_boot.img
If you skip disableing avb then you are sure to be stuck in a bootloop coz I have faced it myself.
And if you flash the recovery first then again i recommend you to follow the same step of disabling avb before flashing recovery.img

Btw which miui version are you using?

You can uninstall bloatware with adb once you root your mobile and then install an mtz theme.
You will not even feel like you are using miui after doing that.
Btw should I make a thread on uninstalling bloatware with adb?

[Guide] Root for Redmi Note 9 - Mediatek (Helio G85)
Preamble: After a bit of research, I've found a simple way to - at least - obtain root privileges on the basic version of Redmi Note 9 (Mediatek - Helio G85). The procedure has been tested on a Redmi Note 9 Global NFC 4/128 (Model: M2003J15SG)...

You can skip erasing userdata and cache coz it will reset your mobile.
But if you don't want to take any risk and decide to reset then REMEMBER THE PASSWORD OF YOUR MI ACCOUNT
after reset your phone will be locked until you verify your mi account.
Make sure to backup all the data on your phone before flashing
