Question WHATSAPP BACKUP PROBLEMS - OnePlus Nord CE 5G

Hello everyone, I hope you can give me a hand.
Since August the backup on whatsapp gives me serious problems.
While doing the backup correctly via drive, when I go to restore it does not recover any media, video, photos or audio.
I just tried it and on the old op3 it doesn't give any problems. Has it happened to any of you?

Can anyone supply a nandroid backup? (odd request)

So, to fill you all in on my situation. I've had quite a few Android devices, and am experienced with the platform. After having some money trouble, I sold my latest (Dell Streak) and have gone back to a G1. I picked up a G1 on the cheap thanks to the touchscreen no longer working. The only issue is that initial set-up requires you to 'touch' the android. After a lot of fiddling and playing with ADB, I got the latest Cyanogen and custom recovery installed.
However, because I'm unable to perform initial setup on my phone, it's prone to some weird errors (including the contacts app crashing, and the home button not working).
After having done some research, it would seem a nandroid backup from a different G1 would work on my one, so what I would like to ask, is if someone could backup their phone via nandroid, wipe it, sign into my google account during setup (I'd PM you my login details), nandroid again, apply the first nandroid backup (so their phone is back to normal) and send me 'my' backup? I know it's quite a bit to ask, but as I don't know anyone with a G1 I thought I'd at least ask on here. Thanks for your time guys

com.android.phone keeps crashing ...

Hi!
Posted this before in another phones forum. Probably here more sensible:
I am having problems with the above application. My Acer Liquid E (I'd opt for an extra forum for this phone ...) keeps crashing. It is reproduceable: when I log on the network the first call I receive is without problem, when I receive the second call com.android.phone crashes and the network is dropped (input SIM key). Then I can again receive one call without problem.
My phone is rooted (z4root) and I use Titanium Backup. I can solve the problem by resetting to factory settings. But it keeps coming again after a couple of days. Of course I would like to know what causes this but at first I would be very happy to know how to get rid of the problem when it is there ... Titanium is not so helpful:
When I restore the Titanium backups:
-I first restored my user applications plus settings without problems, after this everything still works
-Then I restored some of the green marked backups in Titanium Backup. After this the phone starts to have this problem again.
Does anybody know which backup this might be? I mean: solving the problem itsself would be great but at first it would be nice to be able to get the phone working quicker than factory reset. Maybe this could be achieved by resetting to an old backup with Titanium Backup (just need to know which one ...)
Help would be appreciated! Been browsing the net a long time and could find lots of ideas how to solve this but none worked so far.
My system settings:
-Acer Liquid E
-FroYo from the start (updated from .8 to .14 when I first had the problem)
-removed some apps from the rom - but nothing essential and I know that non-essential sounding things like maps or talk are actually essential. I removed things like twitter, roadsync, etc.

Don't restore data nor system settings with titanium backup

Issue with Titanium Backup Pro - error when uploading to Dropbox

Hi All,
I've had a browse around the forum, but I don't seem to find a thread relating to my issue.
I've recently purchased Titanium Backup Pro, in order to back-up my files straight to Dropbox or Google Drive, but so far, I haven't had any success doing so. Everytime I try to do said back-up, an error pops up around the 40% mark, saying that there was a network error, even though my wireless connection should not be an issue. I'm just wondering whether this has been experienced before, and what the solution to the problem is.
Phone: Nexus S
I appreciate your feedback/advice.

Mi 3 photos

Hi guys,, i have do the factory reset and erase all data since my phone is hang last time and it is fixed.. So got any software to recover back the photos.??. Thank you guys
if you had Google photos it vud have regularly sync your pics to Google Drive under your Google account..
you have Google photos?
there are softwares which can recover photos from internal storage using ADB. You may try them if memory is not overwritten till now. I've tried some once and recovered good amount of photos. Try finding these type of software on Google you will surely have some data recovered.

Help Request.. Recovering Deleted Christmas Video

Good morning everyone. I have been on these forums for awhile but couldn't remember my username.
Anyway, I have a Note 9 and yesterday was Christmas of course. I had recorded a video of my son opening his presents. He got a hold of the phone and deleted the video by accidentally. There is no backup of it. Phone is newer and backup wasn't set up yet.
Is there ANY way of recovering the deleted video? I have tried DiscDigger but it requires Root to recover deleted videos. And with my understanding there is no root for the Note 9? All help is appreciated as I feel terrible that we didn't take any pictures of him opening and now the only video is gone.
Thank you!
o6blin,
You are correct, there is no root & your video is gone.
Try to recapture that moment by giving him another package to open.
There is alot we cant do yet because of permissions.
Trust me, there are a ton of things that I can't do because of permissions.
Root would be perfect and we would be able to do what we want to do & how we want to do it without any resistance from the manufactures.
If root was discovered or released, this would be much of a better community with so much involvement from developers, app makers, theme bakers & such.
o6blin you are better off with a pure android so that you will never be in a situation as such or use the screen lock.
Regards,
There are programs that say they recover, ranging from $30-$59, videos without root. I've found a few, not many, people that say they work but not a convincing amount. I'm willing to spend that on memories. Any input?
Thanks for your help.

if it on ext sd yeah probably very easy to do.( just put sd card and a card reader and plug in a pc and use Recuva software)
if video was on internal storage, good luck.
btw stop using the camera or writing data because the more you wait the less chances of recovery is possible.
be careful that you aren't paying 50$ for someone to steal your phone.( they will probably ask you to send the phone and give your credentials or something.)
It was in internal storage yes. I've stopped using the phone for pictures and believe I found the video in the my files/cache but it is unopenable.
I know it's too late for this video, but I would send all pics and video to external SD card and turn on Google Photos backup settings.
can it be read by some recovering programs on pc when connecting yr phone to the pc ?

Try and download ES file explorer and it will give access to recycle bin, as long as you turn recycle bin on.

If you haven't written anything new onto your device yet. There is still a chance that you can recover that video. You would have to connect your device to a computer and run data recovery software on it. However if you have used your device since you have deleted your video. There is a chance that you won't be able to recover it as you may have partially or full written over the sections of the internal storage space it was stored on.
This is the exact reason why I always install dumpster on all my phones.
Check the play store an install it ... most likely u have lost the video but all other deleted will be saved in dumpster.

Give Samsung stars a call. I spoke to them a while back fixing a problem and he said he had helped another customer recover some photos that they had deleted by accident. Is worth a try
Possibly..
Connect your phone to a pc and allow data transfer. The phone now shows up in the explorer as mass storage. Maybe a recovery tool is able to recover some photos from the storage. Hope this works.
If you are a pie beta tester there is a recycle bin feature in the gallery app.
