N9208 Chinese to Indian ROM

Hi Guys,
I got another Note 5 (Silver this time ) but got N9208 model number (Dual sim) (instead of my previous one being N920C Dual).
I was wondering if:
a.) I can replace my current ROM with the Indian N9208 (Dual SIM) ROM (Through the ODIN method; keeping it stock only and not installing any custom kernel/twrp)
The Latest Indian Note 5 Dual SIM ROM being:

Update galaxy s10 (sm-g973f) to android 10 with ui 2.1

Hello Everybody,
I am looking for a specific guide I could not find here yet.
I bought an unlocked second hand Galaxy S10 and until today It does not get the last OS update (It has Android 9).
The issue is, I am from Perú using Movistar carrier then, what version of Android 10 I should download in order to flash with Oddin?

Changing my Galaxy S10 Firmware CSC while updating

Hello Everyone,
I'm new here. What brought me to this forum was the issue of not getting OTA updates due to using a model imported from another region. My device's CSC is SPR (sprint) but my local carrier works on it just fine. My problem is better elaborated here in this other post :

After reading the above thread I decided not to change my firmware to the model firmware for my region as its SoC is Exynos and my phone is Snapdragon. However, I still want to use Odin to upgrade the firmware to Android 11 as I'm still stuck on Android 9 (may 2019 update) and I can no longer bear it.
In the post in the above link, a reply recommended using the USA (USC) CSC, so here's my question,
Would updating with SPR (my current CSC) make my phone unable to work with my local carrier on update completion? or should I just update using USC?
PS: The SPR CSC came with no bloatware, I don't know what the USC CSC will come with.
