I need that Firmware for Moto x4 , xt1900-2 as mine baseband was APAC and now I need to recover that Baseband, I searched whole internet but I was unable to get that rom, anyone who have can post their links here , Because now a days I am facing baseband and IMEI as Unknown or invalid like problems, and that is the only fix left

You're more than welcome to upload the file to an acceptable host, with the permission of the developer of course. TG links for files are OK as long as the user doesn't need to use a Telegram account or client to download them, aka accessible to the general public.
As for TG group/channel links, we only allow ONE per development post, and we do not allow anyone using XDA to promote their TG group/channel

I understand your point but it is not MY telegram group per se, I've been connected with this group for a long time and the group which has hundreds of members has helped me quite a few times and I'd like to extend the same to somebody in turmoil though I won't ask anyone to bend the xda rules for that.

The rom link that you have posted is later based on Android 9 but I need a old version like 8.0 and also that should support APAC radio ,but Even though thanks for your link but the link that you have posted is my current rom but I want to downgrade that to 8.0 as this have some problems with baseband and and with WiFi too

its an exe file from a site called mobilecunsultants.ru ..its protected. i tried to run the exe its all in russian ..they ask for a genuine unique id to download it.
extra stuff (guess from the setup log) the site will give repair manual , firmware , and many other extra stuff in pdf format.

one thing is sure they have pre-installed spb shell 3d as default launcher.. (i highly doubt viewpad 4 is launched in market)

Just clean flashed this yesterday and I can't believe how amazing the battery life is, I got 5 hour SOT on the first run, I can't wait until the system is settled and the smart manager starts optimizing apps. You are our only hope to those of us that appreciate rooted stock ROMs. Please don't abandon the project, even tho it's not a very popular thread, is work is very appreciated.

Downloading now. I messed up my device flashing the LOS 14.1 and going back to B29. Device isn't booting and am getting a red LED light. Thankfully, EDL mode seems to be fine ( I can see the QHUSB 9008) in Device Manager. Fingers crossed.
