Through all my tweaking I got the following result and do not know how to change it:
So where do I have to screw in order to get the normal size of the program icons back ?

LOL, your icons are the wrong size is "urgent"? A screenshot might be helpful for people trying to see what you're looking at.

I attached a cab, it's one i created awhile ago, it should solve your issue. Install and soft reset.

What weather cab? You'll have to be more specific.

I would like to get a weather software which is so to say a stand alone with a today screen connection....
I`m not using the HTC weather touch issue

I'm not aware of any stand along weather apps with today screen plugins, but that it probably cause i use the HTC Home plugin and now the Manila2D weather tab.

Stand Alone Weather? Like Weather Panel?

Sorry, a few guys are trying to mod TF3D. But AFAIK apart from changing clock graphics and fonts it isn't possible to remove components on the TF3D Home tab, yet.

Now they have gone however the Clock has a different style which for me is not so nice.
How do I reverse it?

I've only seen the tweak that makes it possible, not the other way around. Maybe if you install it and then uninstall it again?

this does work.....i have used it on many roms

Use another TF3D version. I wasn't able to find the Manila version I downloaded last week but in the Diamond forum are some Manila-Versions...

Use app chribruu gave you and find all black wallpaper and then choose it in tflo3d home wallpaper settings.
Same goes for any other background collour.

Something of note is that the calculator can handle pngs. Converting all the images to png and doing a find/replace on the skin file for bmp/png decreases the required size to about a third.
I would upload it, but I've also scaled all the images for my Diamond!

I created this and it does not seem to be working.Do you know if Threaded meassages option has anything to do with it? Also I installed the jmz gsensor cab form your Calculator thread is that the same as the Diamond2 gsensor sdk file in this thread?

The 'jmz gsensor cab' and 'Diamond2 gsensor sdk' are both the same thing, SensorSDK dll's...
I'm using threaded messages...
Did u do a soft reset... The registry is read when windows starts...

I am such an idiot It is working great after a soft reset and it is also rotating other windows as well.

If you are talking about Manilla 2.5, there's no landscape yet!!

if you slide the keyboard out it will rotate to landscape but with blank home screen. this version of TF3D only supports landscape in pictures and music still. the text messaging screen does not auto rotate either, if you slide the keyboard out it will go to landscape but will not go back until you use the rotate screen app to make it go back.

i am sorry but i have to disagree, i think this rom is far too complex, for example there is no seperate section for 'My Programs' all the 'My Programs' and settings are all mixed up together, i did not like it at all

Then flash a different ROM! Nobody is asking you to stick with this ROM LOL.

Rubbish is a little harsh to say about a rom when it is vary easy to make the start menu look any way you want with a vary small amount of knowledge.

I have been playing with this rom for 24 hours and there is a lot of little niggles due to the 2.5 manilla
HOWEVER
THIS ROM HAS A VOICE COMMAND THAT WORKS FROM A BLUETOOTH HEADSET
It looks like the bluetooth stack has been changed back for core 23047 and also 23053 to allow voice command to work.

dude...no one is going spoon feed u...read the sticky by mskip about how to flash...

what is that or water r where do I find it

Working SMS/MMS,Setting(Other),Location,BT AVRCP,Alarm/Reminder sounds as they should
So far, it's just Youtube not playing video and showing an error, the blank screen after recording a video(but could get rid of by short press on power and home button after). Other than that, its almost perfect
Is there a black bottom bar to replace this greyish bar where they have the Windows start logo, phone, menu, etc. that they have for the homepage and maybe take the circles off the button?
EDIT: I just noticed that this ROM has moving animations(if it wasn't cloudy, I wouldn't have noticed it all!) ALL THE TIME when at homepage!!!Made Youtube work by downloading app from http://m.youtube.com/appHave to add too that this doesn't have memory leaks. Not really bad for a temporary ROM. If I cannot find a ROM as good as this, or better, I might have to make this my permanent!
