Review: Trident Aegis for Google Nexus S!!!

Hi guys,
Got my hands on the Aegis series case from Trident, this is a 2 piece hybrid style case that offers good protection in a relatively slim package. It comes with an included screen protection kit. The case features a cool design accented by the two color tones.

Thanks, I'm coming close to finish off my Nexus S reviews and will most likely move onto the Samsung Galaxy S 2, i'll still try to find/obtain more Nexus S cases though!

do you know if the seidio active x belt holster will safely hold this case?? i just got the active x as i NEED to carry my phone on my hip, but i find the the active x slippery and kind of cheap compared to my case mate. now, the case mate fits in the belt holster but presses the screen against the holster which is not cool. i'm hoping to find a case that will fit in the holster properly..., any idea?

Hi there,
I haven't tried it so I wouldn't be able to say surely, however the Aegis is a little thinner than the Active X so I would believe it will fit.

Cases that work with Seidio holsters

If any of you get either the Surface Holster or the Active Holster from Seidio, please post here what case you are using if you are not using the Seidio active case. With the original Note there were several cases that would work with the seidio holster. I would like to find that out for the Note 2 as I will be picking it up next week. I will be ordering the ColorSplash case with stand from Boxwave. I will try to get an idea on the dimensions so I can try one of the seidio holsters with it.

I just got my Surface combo today. The official Samsung Protective case fits into the Surface holster, but the rugged eBay case does not, it's too thick. I will note that the official Samsung Protective case fits just slightly tighter in the holster than the Surface case does, but it should be fine. I'm choosing my Surface case over the Samsung case since it has a kickstand.

I got a surface combo as well. The Boxwave Colorsplash will for in the holster for the surface

[Q] Note II Ruggedized Case?

So I'll be picking up an AT&T Note II this friday, I've already got a little silicone case as a place holder but I'm wanting some kind of super ruggedized case for my Note II. I've looked at the OtterBox cases for it and I really don't like them, they seem less protective than my original Note's OtterBox. So what case would you guys recommend? Thanks!

Look at the Trident cases. They aren't out yet (due mid-Nov), but they're very good and tough. Usually a wide variety and lots of additional accessories.

+1 on the Trident cases! These guys make good cases too.

I purchased a couple on eBay from a seller called "HC-Power" look em up prices under 10bux
bellow are pics of 2 of their cases I recommend, there is a third which is ok but sucks to take off so I wouldn't suggest it

Leather carry case for note 2 with protective cover plus

Hi,
Anyone know of a horizontal leather carry case that will fit the phone with the protective cover plus on it? I've seen the XXXL case on the american amazon, but that's not over here in the UK that I can see, and I think it states it can fit the phone with the otterbox commuter case on which means I think it'd be a little too big for the samsung case?

i think that's what you're looking for.
it's a tight fit, but it will work.
i just tested it myself, and it's at the absolute limit of what the pouch can handle.

Which case fit mipad 1?

Hello, I'm looking for a rugged case with a stand for my son's mipad 1. I can't seem to find any offered anymore in aliexpress. Which other brand case should fit the mipad?

The stand leg is broken, the plastic housing + the rubber case are fine. I'm thinking about buying the same case for a different 8 inch tablet, and just replace the plastic housing with it? Which do you think would fit?
