But I can't install the framework

You downloaded the Gingerbread-Version, not the original.
Android version is 2.3.6
My mobile is Colors Xfactor
And of course I downloaded the gingerbread version any help???

It's been like my fourth time flashing his Rom and every time it says no sd storage found, but my ext. Sd it's there and my settings is set to mass storage.anyone got any ideas?

1. Boot in to recovery
2.wipe Rom, cache, data
3. Install Rom then gapps
4. Reboot

make sure your using the right updated recovery, after make sure its not a bad download and if not i suggest flash to stock and flash again

I actually tired flashing with twrp for only once wiped everything 3 times but still save problem

It will only increase your download count if you do it through Odin. Rom Manager uses the dd method to flash recovery.
I can't seem to get the installer to install correctly. I've looked high and low for a solution or a work around that works but can't seem to find anything. Help!!

That'd the basic teamwin version, so should be fine. Make sure you are set up to point at Internal Storage. Other than that, can't be sure without more info, like what Rom, version etc.
