Hi Guys
As a avid folower of all the cooking and chefs i need some help
My X1 is still under factory warranty and seeing as the stock X1 was slugish , slow and plain useless i updated my ROM to the KOV110
Is there some way i can revert this back to the original factory rom so i could take it in for repairs still under the factory warranty
Currently the Sony updater just tells me to that the software is not recognized and i cant do a update of any kind
Reason i want to take it in is that the battery life is half a day from full charge and the signal drops permanently. The phone also restarts at will and hangs on ocasion regardless of where i am or what im doing.
Any help or sugestions will be apreciated
Thanks

This thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1837907 has a stock image that you can use, but you have to flash through Odin. I used it a few months ago to get back to stock.

Hallo,
can I restore a CWM backup of IZSv0.4 on the same smartphone and replace a IZSv1.1 (with patched V30 u-boot)?
And of course back to v1.1 again?
I want to test something (GPS).
Questions belong in the Q&A forum, strangely enough... not Development.
Thread moved.

Ever since I got bored of stock Lollipop on my LG L90, I decided to flash a ROM. In this case, I used SlimLP. After it booted up, I wanted to go into the browser just to notice there was no internet. In the settings, IMEI, Baseband, and phone number are unknown. I then tried a different ROM and to my surprise, same thing.
I attached some pictures below...
That probably means that you are extremely lazy. An answer is all around the L90 forum. And, to be more funny, in LsimLP's OP.

I'm itching to flash this ROM and just want to verify that TWRP will remain intact. Don't need to accidentally wipe my internal storage. Thanks.

Yes, TWRP will remain in-tact. I've dirty flashed and fresh-clean flashed this rom multiple times running some various tests for myself and haven't once run into an issue. This is an outstanding update to the phone and a solid rom to start with as a base for your tweaking and modding.

Same here, dirty flashed the rooted ROM by MicroMod using FlashFire, TWRP remained intact.
Is GPS working with this ROM? I know it's a silly question but I've had bad luck with GPS on my previous phones.
Software Used to Flash LG G4?
Hi All,
Coming directly from years of Samsung and I'm really digging this LG G4! I'd love to root it so I can adjust DPI/resolution as well as get rid of/freeze a bunch of the bloat. It looks like there are plenty of ROMs that will work for me which is fantastic! However, I have no clue where to begin flashing the bootstack and ROM. I was planning on trying the process described at http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-g4/development/rom-g4-h811-10n-stock-rooted-rom-t3188858 but I am not sure what application/software to use in order to do this flashing. Can someone please point in the right direction as to the process of flashing the bootstrap and ROM? Many thanks in advance!
Kind regards,
Janky Jay, III

Never mind about the above question. I'm an idiot. I see at the top that TWRP is being used... DUH.
I flashed the stock rooted rom
I was rooted fine on the 10h no problems at all..I flashed the 10n version earlier today no real problems other than my wifi calling keeps giving me error: er081 " unable to connect"....Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and if there is a fix for it..Thanks in advance
rob
@bigasaucy do you have xposed framework installed? Currently the xposed framework seems to break wifi calling for a lot of people using 10n, I'm one of them
There is another thread on this forum about it where we're all hunting a solution.

@DRSdroid I read about the xposed framework affecting things, but I never installed..It seems my problem has corrected itself, it may have just been the range of my wife..hope you get your issue fixed!! and thanks for the reply

A long-range wife will solve many life problems, so make sure you always marry one with sufficient range.
On a more serious note, here's the WiFi Calling thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-g4/help/wifi-calling-errors-10n-update-t3191362
I hope we can figure out why Xposed breaks it and fix it.

Hrm... I'm not using Xposed and I can also no longer use WiFi calling. I get the REG99 error as well. Bummer.

If WiFi Calling doesn't work on a totally stock, unmodified phone, you either need a new SIM card, a certificate update sent to your SIM card, or update your E911 address. Contact T-Mobile Support to resolve these.

Tha'ts not the case. I'm running the "Unbloated stock rooted ROM" that this thread refers to. Wifi calling hasn't worked since. I see other posts in the original thread with the same problems. Unfortunately, due to my account being new, I can't post there...
Apparently, one person put the factory ROM back on the phone, did a factory reset, THEN re-applied the "unbloated stock ROM" and it they claim that fixed their issue. I'll give this a try and see what happens.
