i think we cannot backup stock rom from stock recovery we need custom recovery to backup rom like cwm,TWRP...

Sure... but first of all I need a working backup from the stock recovery 'cause my 626 has some issues with the startup (my fault). Fixed that I can access to my phone, acess the root and extract my own stock rom and upload.

No my friend file is not broken just rename file 0PKXIMG.zip and copy it to sd card flash it overfastboot..only go to fastboot hboot.. it work like a charm.

You will need to unlock your bootloader at htcdev.com
Then you will need to download superuser.zip at clockworkmod.com

Yes the down side of unlocking the bootloader is that it will also do a System Reset and wipe out your downloaded apps and data, including your contacts. You can sync your contacts to your Google account and should be ok.

Why do you want an old Chinese ROM? The XXX.16 ROMs are newer (707 is the region).

I know it is an old rom, but I need this RUU as my phone comaes with this version.
I need a copy of it so that I can get back to stock easily when I need to even though I have a Nandroid backup of it before running ARHD.
Anyone could help to download?

Okay... I have looked around, saw a few guides, Think its 90% clear to me how to do this.. HOWEVER just to be certain::
First I unlock through htc website..
Root it, then add a custom recovery (clock work mod tool i think??)
Then flash it somehow?
I would appreciate if someone could direct me to a super noob friendly guide on how to do this?
The plan is to put on a google play edition ROM onto my new normal HTC One.

Hi Guys,
I recently bought a HTC one from ebay and it was a rooted phone.
I wasn't aware about it and I did a hard reset and now I'm stuck with the HTC logo..
Any idea on how can I get the mobile to work again?
I earlier had Xperia ARC S so if such issue happened then I easily installed ftf file from flashtool..

Have you solved the problem...??
I assume that the sim is displaying offline mode. The problem is with modem files. It may be corrupted. I am facing the same problem here. If any one of you can get the modem files from any working nokia x2 then we could resolve this problem.
Sorry i have not much knowledge but have u tried to reflash your cell phone???
