I purchased one of these. They fit perfectly and is the thinnest case that I can find. It's a matte finish so there's plenty of grip. My only gripe is the shipping time. It took roughly 2 weeks for delivery.

How's the grip on that case compared to the naked phone? It looks quite thin in the pictures which is what I'm looking for.

The grip is almost exactly like the naked phone. If I had to give it a scale from 1-10 (10 being naked phone grip) it would fall around 7-7.5.

To add to the thread, I'm using the Diztronic case now that I've received the modified version with proper mic holes.
Case is fairly bulky as expected but their matte plastic is some of the best in the business and the grip is top notch.
I'm hoping to find an ultra thin case with little to no lip, such as the official LG made Hardshell (or Shield) case for the Nexus 5.

Question
I am interested in buying this case but I don't like cases that stick to my pocket while pulling them out. Does this matte case have any problems?
I notice that there is a line/indentation around the back of the case - does this trap dirt/lint? I am wondering why they placed it there in the first place.

It goes in and out of my jeans pockets with no issues. If you wear skinny jeans, then I can't help you. It is remarkable to me how little dirt/lint stick to this thing. It is made of hard but flexible rubber, I haven't found anything sticking to it. Keep in mind, its a barely bigger than the phone and it does push up my screen protector in the lower left hand corner. My Spigen case didn't do that, but it made the phone feel huge to me.

It's just a cheap clear one from Amazon. This case really hugs the screen, it adds almost no width at all. Its not really noticeable unless I look for it, I wouldn't think you'll have huge problems.

Spigen cases always seem to add unnecessary bulk, especially width to phones with their cases. And their colored plastic backs scratch and swirl like crazy.
They are extremely overrated and overpriced imo.

Can someone test something out on this case for me?
Are you able to stick 1 Credit Card and 1 photo ID on the inside of the back of the case? Will the case stay on and clip to the phone?
I am doing just that on my current phones case and would like to know what cases I can replicate this on.

At least on the Verizon version there is no lip. It is just a smooth back.

Got one for my and the wifes phone....she prefers my Ballistic case (go figure) but the Diztronic is excellent and not bulky.
I might try the Incipio DualPro to see how it compares to the Ballistic.
Another shout out for diztronic. Perfect slim fit and just enough case for me. Mine surprisingly arrived in the mail yesterday. Great case at a great price!

Its a shame CruizerLite has the absolute worst customer service anywhere ... Kinda like there one case. Last time I dealt with them, I used a "$10 discount code" they were giving away on Facebook, turned into an ordeal trying to use it. They didn't contact me back for weeks, then it was back and forth for a few weeks just to be blown off. The cases I got were ok (for my last phone), but in the end wasn't worth the hassle, not did it ever credit me for the discount code....

Received my Supcase Unicorn Beetle Hybrid case ( http://amzn.com/B00IJ0R02Y) in the mail today after ordering it Mar 27th. I have to say that for $3... I'm impressed. The price is up now that they're being mass produced.
It looks, feels, and fits great. The cutouts are perfect, volume and power are easily pressed, and the IR blaster works great through the frosted power button. It fits like a glove. It was actually a little difficult getting the phone in but pays off big by feeling like it belongs on the phone.
I highly recommend this case for the m8.

Do you think there is any concern with the polycarbonate back scratching the phone? Also, is the flash affected at all when using it for photos?
I would like to say that this case is absolutely terrific! My phone fell a full 3-4 feet from my desk and landed flat on the screen face. I was scared that the screen may have cracked but the lip of the case completely saved it. Definitely a great buy.

Every edge on the case is smooth inside and out. I don't think there's any risk of scratching. The photos I've taken with flash don't appear to have been negatively affected.

I just got it today in double black also. It's a really nice case! The fit is really good and has a nice textured grip on the sides. The TPU and polycarbonate look like one piece, seemless. The power key is very innovative and works very well and it came with 2 extra buttons. I've got both the Spigen Slim Armor and this and it's a tough call which one I like better!
Gotta love how good this case looks for the price. Just got it in the mail today and put it on my phone with very minimal effort, and I have a Zagg InvisibleShield Glass over the screen.. The IR blaster works without problems and the port holes are accurate. The back is not clear, but frosted (It's fine by me. It looks good and the HTC logo stands out since there's no branding over that area. Very well-made case in my opinion.

anyone know how the spigen glas.tr nano slim screen protector would do with this case? It seems like the front is really really close to the edges of the screen, so I am not sure if the screen protector would get pinched or peeled up.

It looks like a solid case, like the hybrid. Only reason why I chose the Hybrid over this one is the plastic around the screen perimeter looks like could give "glass screen protector" users, like myself, a bit of a headache.

True but it was for the same price as the hybrid case and I work in a construction job (glass shop) so need the extra protection.
I'm really debating this case, in the pictures provided from you guys, what color m8 is pictured? Silver or gunmetal? I currently have the supcase hybrid with the totally clear back and black tpu bumper. I really want to show off the phones look which is one of the biggest reasons I got it over the other current phones. I just can't see well enough in the pics if the back shows the metallic tone of the gunmetal m8

Almost didn't order the leather back for this reason of not finding a case. But when I saw T-Mobile having leather back for the same price as plastic back I ordered the leather. Ebay sells the leather back covers for like $60, so I figured that like saving $60.
But now I can't find a compatible clear case for the leather back either! Crap.

I hear there are bumper cases. Its like a case but for the edges. So I guess if you have a leather back that can cushion the blow. And the bumper can protect corner falls and maybe front if its think enough

It's just to much bulk/case for me, and covers my colors, I am leaning towards the Ringke FUSION in crystal clear as simple, clean, clear, and claims to cover leather.
I ordered these two... One gel clear case. And one hard clear case.
Hard to resists for that money.

Edit.... Bad info on my part.... The most recent review on amazon said it didn't fit however my brother just threw his on the leather tmobile phone and it fits like a glove. Nice case too.

A case? Really?
So you buy a phone with an awesome leather backing and you put it in a case? What sense does that make? Am I the only one who will put a glass screen protector on my lg and enjoy the phone properly.
He wasn't sure if he'd like the leather but bought it since it was free (essentially) and figured worse case he'd get plastic later. We took advantage of free trial amazon prime to order everything so just decided to order in bulk.
Coming from the m8 the only thing I really miss are the speakers... But the speaker on the G4 is actually better than I figured it'd be

Agreed... BUT you can buy bumpers (just around the edge and raised lip) and/or clear cases like what I link to so you can see the leather.
I do not intend to use a case, BUT there are times and activities I participate in where a case can be nice, so I like to have one just "in case" (no pun intended).

I did order this one.
Finally got it on. Very snug fit on leather cover and cery hard to get it off. But looks awesome!
I think I am sticking with leather case and a tempered glass protector.
Agreed. I can't order that nice leather back and then cover it up. Just my opinion.

Tempered glass helps + bumper case and your good to go
Yea I agree it is a risk. I do have insurance but I will try to get a bumper case if I find the right one. I just figure if I intended on getting a case I personally would go with the non leather backs. Either way it looks like it is a terrific phone and I hope it has a ton of development.

I received the Fusion Bumper Case today and I gotta say after a days use I am delighted with it, I've got it on with the 2.5D Screen Protector and it works no problem. I actually like this more than the Grip-Pro I got the other day, purely because it allows me to show off my phone whilst keeping it protected! Here are some pictures:

It's definitely thicker,, but not by a huge margin. I actually prefer the feel of the Fusion to the normal TPU Orzly FlexiCase. Here are some pictures for comparison:

I agree with you...i was expecting a little feet but not in that way...i'm considering if i can ask a refund...at this point i will keep the Orzly Flexicase until the Ringke Fusion...however i haven't the case yet then i will wait!

The case looks nice. Is the TPU or silicone around the volume buttons stiff or soft? Stiffer material makes it feel like it is more protective.

Will the thick TPU sides of the fusion bumper turn yellow over time? Because it's already hazy and murky in brand new condition. and you can easily notice the difference in clarity between the TPU sides and Polycarbonate back.

Hi, I have a silicon case and my past experience has been that such cases eventually form a yellow tint.
So will that yellow tint be visible on this case as well?
Or are Orzly cases immune to that? Would be disappointed if after paying a premium amount, I get the same quality.

I have an Orzly flexi case and no, they're not immune to the yellowing effect. In fact, if you turn on the torchlight, the whole case would illuminate in a golden yellow colour.
If you want a transparent case, I'd recommend a hybrid case like the Ringke Fusion. The polycarbonate back would be immune to yellowing and you can choose tinted TPU on the sides, since clear TPU yellows gradually.

Ah, thank you. I'll find a Ringke through aliexpress, since they officially aren't available in India, yet.
Moreover had a Ringke fusion for my OPO long back, still transparent as the first day, no yellow tint there indeed. :good:
