As it doesn't give any errors then it should have worked, unless you unplugged it before it finished?
The flash takes quite a long time.
Did you make sure you got the right firmware for the right model D5803 or D5833?
Download a different firmware and try again, perhaps that TFT has a problem?
Hold the power button + volume up until it vibrates three times to turn it off.

But flash takes like 20 minutes, this was stucked on same thing for 50 minutes, so I suppose it is stucked. Well, thats what I thought - Im downloading 5.1.1. and I will try flash it.
Yes, and I turned it off by clicking power button +volume up (just random clicking took me here ^^).
So, I will let you know if stock 5.1.1. is working or not
I see where can be the problem. In tutorial from xda is not mentioned, that u have to enable USB debugging and unknown sources..I think I do not have enabled it. I just read it from another tutorial. Well, I cant boot phone, so what can I do now?

Try with PC Companion.
Don't click upgrade as it will give 'unknown device' error, follow the instructions here

I will try it. It downloading softwere in PC companion , so it tooks another hour to download and still not sure if it can works. But I hope so

Ya, PC companion worked and phone booted, THANKS! But I tried flash it again, and its again stucked..So, I give it up and going to flash via PC Companion and wait for OTA update

You could follow this guide on how to root.
Downgrade your build, root it, add recovery, then flash a pre-rooted MM build.
That way you'll get the MM build and not have to unlock your bootloader.
It seems like a lot of trouble to get the latest bug ridden and problematic OS. Once you have it installed you can join the big line of complaints on the threads at the moment about how it's broken.
TBH I think MM is more trouble than it's worth right now. Sony are about to release 'fix it' patch for MM, wait a couple of weeks for the developers to incorporate it into their roms, then it'll be worth switching.
Set USB buffer to Device Max. It's much faster
If me, I set usb buffer speed to 256. slow but no error

try using older version of flashtool see if that helps quite a few people have troubles with newer versions,if u cant do it why not flash rom based on stock try this it is very good stock rom http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2658043

Thanks for the advice.
I will try with older version of flashtool.
I have flashed both cyanogen 11 and 12.1 but in both cases there is no sound.
I have done many search but could not find any solution.
Do you have any idea whats the problem?
Your log says something about incorrect bundle. Please retry by finding the correct FTF for your Xperia SP model C5302.
You can use the Xperifirm that is provided with the Flashtool. Kindly look at the XF icon at the main toolbar (where the lightning icon resides)
My xperia is death ,bootloop. flashtool does not solve the problem, fastboot does not help! My phone is Unlock Allowed:NO!

Have you tried rebranding using a different firmware in flashtool. And while making the ftf file select all files incl. the .ta except the cust-reset.ta and fota-reset.ta, this is what i did to get my bootloader unlock no to yes. Try this one time. And can you put your phone in flash mode to do all this????

Just download a firmware from xperifirm.
Close it after it says download complete.
Open flashtool go to tools and bundles there you'll see create click it.
And browse to the folder where you downloaded the firmware it'll show a lot of files. But delete fwinfo.xml in the downloaded folder or else your ftf will get corrupted.
Now add all the file excluding cust-reset.ta and fota-reset.ta
It'll ask you about .fsc script enter no.
Now after the .ftf is created flash it and
Ta Da bootloader unlock : yes

The problem is the phone when start White screen with SONY logo Just blinks red led for(4 times then rebooting. it does not take a charge.
I try flashing the latest version FW:32.2.A.0.224. It stays on FW:28.0.A.0.360 on the phone. As many times flashing, whatever the FW . It remain 28.0.A.0.360.
How to solve this problem?

Because when I start flashtool or Emma,will list the phone information!
From the previous comments where the flashtool guide linked is, By the beginning and After you are done the flashing.
It was connected to up again to flashtool ,and there the information shown on the phone :FW:28.0.A.0.360

Hmmm I had this problem but after flashing a custom kernel it booted up. But what I did was flash the ftf and didn't boot the device, then unlocked bl and then install a custom kernel all without booting up after flashing kernel I booted it up using the reboot command in fastboot. Try this and use only .244 firmware. Hope it works.
Tried installing xposed framework, have an M5 with TWRP, root and unlocked bootloader. After installing the framework, the phone is stuck on the Sony-logo. Is there any way I can fix this? Restoring to original lollipop somehow? Is there anywhere I can download the stock rom in zip-format? I can access TWRP by holding volume-down.
You can flash only system.sin via FlashTool or make flashable zip from stock rom yourself
Hi! I reinstalled it with Flashtool, but lost my root. Tried rooting again with iovysu, but no go - the script is reporting success, but no root. I already have unlocked bootloader, so tried flashing 30.2.A.0.100 with Flashtool to install the drmfix-kernel instead. But after flashing (reporting success), the phone doesn't turn on. Only a red light when connected with cable, can't seem to get it into download mode. Here is a log from Flashtool:

Is there anything to do, or is it dead?
Creating a backup in twrp recovery before experimenting f.e. with xposed is always a good recommendation. It does not sound like a good situation for your device.

I've used Xperia Z for almost 3 years.
Just the beginning of 2017, I rooted my phone and flashed Lineage OS 14.1 and it works fine.
But now I want to use stock rom because battery drop fast, and the camera app is not good.
My Xperia Z has already rooted, and bootloader unlocked.
I created a flashable zip with PRFCreator, with firmware 10.7.A.0.228 (customised HK), superSU 2.46 and XZDualRecovery.
Then booted into TWRP, wiped the system, data and cache, and then flash the zip. However it only shows a blank screen afterwards.
I gives up and try to use Flashtool. But it also failed.

UPDATE
The firmware is successfully flashed with an older version of flashtool (0.18.6). Boot logo shows up but cannot show boot animation and can't go into system. The interesting thing is that when it connect to a charger, charging icon shows up normally.
I have the same problem. Flashed RR roms(MM and N) - both working, but when I flash any LP rom I have this issue with blank boot screen or neverending boot animation.
Tried stock 5.1 rom too. Both from Emma and Flashtool. Also tried relocking BL and Sony companion but then I get unrecognized error at the end.
Please help!
Update: Found out that Omni rom(5.1.1) is working.

I have the same problem, i flash within recovery the new TWRP 3.1.0.0 .img and after that the Android 5.11 fall to bootstall. The flash Tool shows the same screen as your. The biggest problem is that the combination of keys Volume Down and insert USB cable to get into Flash Mode ( the led turn to green) stopped. If we make the Flash Mode work again we can flash stock 5.11. Does your Flash mode works? I flash new rom, https://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z/development/rom-resurrection-remix-n-5-8-0-t3507533 is the only one that is stable, fast.

I created a flashable zip with PRFCreator, with firmware 10.7.A.0.228 (customised HK), superSU 2.46 and XZDualRecovery.
Then booted into TWRP, wiped the system, data and cache, and then flash the zip. However it only shows a blank screen afterwards.
I gives up and try to use Flashtool. But it also failed.

Also try for Xperia Companion, but get UEgetphoneinfomissinginfo error.
UPDATE
The firmware is successfully flashed with an older version of flashtool (0.18.6). Boot logo shows up but cannot show boot animation and can't go into system. The interesting thing is that when it connect to a charger, charging icon shows up normally.

You need to flash ANY any older version(JB or KK) of stock ROM except 5.1.1. After the ROM boots ok, you can flash 5.1.1 directly via Flashtool.
Hello everyone! Has anyone ever get this error? I'm on X Performance Docomo 7.0 trying to flash to 8.0.0 Global ROM (Customised UK)
I can't even get this phone flashed to SOV33 ROM (same error too)
Any fix, please? I'm trying to install custom ROM here though....my bootloader is unlockable but not unlocked yet.

disconect the phone, close and start flashtool again, load firmware and do not anoy it (like just let the pc there, no connect anything) then you can connect the phone and flash again. if it doesnt work try xperia companion
