I'm wondering if it exists a better headset for this mobile. I would like to use it during running session too. Any advice?
Thank you!
i use the nokia BH-905, they work great with the 2x.
I think it's not he best device to use as mp3 player. I compared with Iphone and it seems that the volume is lower. I don't think that it's headset issue.....
I would like to know if someone is using some equalizer for the music....

I tested it with my Denon AH-C710 and Beyerdynamic DT770, and I can tell you the phone is very good. Definitely better than the iPhone (my significant other's ) and Nexus One. Nexus One was closer to sh*t actually. Compared to Cowon S9, which is considered to be among the best of portable sound, O2X does very good.
If the sound volume is too low your headset might be too demanding or your files are slightly attenuated.
headset
i tesed the htc hd2 with this nokia headset, and the lg o2x,
the soud of the lg o2x is nice and even the dolby sound is very good.
oke it's not for running but de quality of the sound is good.

And no Voodoo sound
I use Jays a-Jays One, love them! Epic bass and clear sound.
Any earphones that are plastic, and don't have the rubber inserts? I'm using my old iphone earphones... decent, but I'd love something with oomph!
I've bought the Sennheiser CX300II a couple of month ago for about 40 € in a shop (If you buy them online i think you get them much cheaper). The sound in combination with voodoo is just awesome even without bass boost enabled.

You can use the earphones via cable, without the BT-part.
Gone for the Sennheiser CX300II, got them for £13 online, great reviews, thanks everyone

So far I've tried the stock headphones and the gear circle. The gear circle sounds great when watching movies and i dont have to worry about the wire.

im using Blueblud X via bluetooth, awesomenesssss!
On the most part, you get what you pay for... and headphones are, generally, much better than earphones.

Hi. So are the Gear Circles better than the stock Note 4 ones? I'm mainly looking for something that will sound good in Oculus Cinema.
thanks
Level Overs are great for cinematic

Sennheiser has always been hard to beat. A superb pair of on-ear is http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005N8W16U and for earbuds: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005N8W16U (a little retro looking but I sort of like that.) I don't use the canal buds which block outside sound enough to have an opinion.
No need to be specific to the Gear VR. A good 'phone is a good 'phone.
I tried using my Turtle Beach headphones first, that I use with my Xbox, but after plugging them in and connecting my phone to the Gear VR, Google Now starts pulling up consistently. I borrowed a pair of my daughter's headphones that I bought her for Christmas, and they can be plugged in and I don't get Google Now popping up consistently, so they're good in my book. They're Beats Audio headphones. Even though the Beats sound good, there must be others that work and support 7.1 surround sound, which I've read about. I would love to get a pair of those, but I just don't know much about headphones. I' D like to know if any exist that will plug into my phone, my phone plug into the VR without holding down my homescreen, and that offer multi channel surround.
Noise cancelling bose FULL IMMERSION
Just a notice to surround sound headphones:
I would better invest in some good stereo headphones instead of surround ones.
When the app is using Oculus RealSpace3D audio plugin - which all good apps will / should use - then stereo headphones are better for binaural audio as surround headphones would deform the sound you're ears should receive!
A good implementation of binaural audio beats down every surround sound headphone model.
Also the benefits of wired ones (currently) overweight the wireless option:
- no sound lag (caused by bluetooth transcoding)
- less battery drain (bluetooth...)
- less phone heating (bluetooth..)
- better sound quality (as good sound quality wireless headphones are really expensive - audiophiles would even argue there are no wireless headphones which sound really good)
Have fun and I hope this helps!
Samsung level over, the best of all. I tried most of brand of headphones but now I am gonna stick with the level over.
I just use the ones that come with Note 4, or Koss Pro Headphones (amazing price, amazing quality)
Koss Pro Headphones rock. They sound like 400$ headphones. I did the test in a blind eye test.
I need a good earphone within the price range of 1800 INR - 2500 INR.. All i've got is Sony MDR XB-30, XB-50, Sound Magic E10s (which i don't want coz previously i'd used Sound magic ES20 for more than a year and a half, now looking forward for a brand change). Sony XB-50 has inline remote control with mic,so i wonder whether it is compatible for Moto G3. All I want is a cheaper, decent IEM earphones, with a little bit extra bass effect. So suggest your opinions guys.

Klipsch S4/ S4 variants! You'll never go back to any other headset.....

I have and love the BOSE MIE2. Specially the Silicon inear system.

Finally chosen Sony MDR 30XB.

First choice be either Klipsch S4 or Sennheiser Momentum, unless you are an extreme audiophile, you don't need to spend much more than this on headphones for a cell phone, but an excellent budget choice is either the SoundMAGIC E10 series or Symphonized earbuds (all of their models are a great value with excellent sound reproduction).
hmmm

How much sony mdr xb30 cost ?
I agree with the guy above
Save up and get sennheiser momentums, I'm using on ear v1. But I've heard that the earphones are awesome too.
Emymotic hf5 is my favorite. Great sounds and blocks out the background. Perfect on a plane.
Brainwavz
Check out brainwavz they've got some good bang for the buck models:silly:
Sony MDRXB50AP Extra Bass Earbud Headset
cheap VERY GOOOd BASS
ATH-CLR100 In-Ear Headphones
Audio Technica ATH - EQ300M
You're getting some decent sound quality from these guys for just around $15, the drivers are huge and overall sound quality is great considering its price point. Plus these things, in my opinion, look awesome. Just keep in mind there's a bit of people who've had experiences of breaking the wings on these, which are necessary to wear them correctly, easily.

Audio Technica CLR- 100. Good bass , clear(CLR)audio output.
Cheap and best. But not the best built quality. ??
Normally I'm pretty uneasy with non well known brands, but Degauss Dual-drivers are what I'm currently using. Shipping is fast considering their from Sweden, and the sound is fantastic. They're a little on the upper price spectrum but they've proven to be worth it, to me at least.

I have OP3 & use following headphones/earphones
1. Sony XB30
2. MEE Electronics M6 Pro
3. 1More Tripple Driver
4. Audio Technica ATH AD900X
5. Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro's
I change between these according to my needs and the songs i listen.
Though as i told earlier, audio is subjective. Try before you buy
I'm using Xiaomy Hybrid Dual Driver, too, and think about switching to Xiaomi HDPro or Sony MDR EX-450AP.
Generally speaking I prefer earbuds (I.e. in-ear headsets) over other solutions because they give good isolation and immersive sound.
Curious to see what other suggestions will be given here...
I am using Skull candy headphones for my op3

Imo the Sony sounds better. They are more expensive and they're headphones whereas the Sennheisers are earphones. I use the Sennheisers when I'm on the go and the Sony's when I'm at home listening to music or watching a show etc.
I am using Apple Ear pods, sound is good but the volume control buttons of the earphones are not working
I'm using apple ear pods they sound really good tbh.
I use SoundMagic E10's for my Earphones. For headphones I use Audio Technica ATH-M50X's both awesome and inexpensive
Thanks for the replies guys but what about OnePlus Icons Graphite (the new one)

I like the Bose SoundSport earbuds
I use for years some replica of big Beats. Sounds fine on 3 HTC phones & now on OnePlus 3.
i use mee audio mduo, xiaomi piston basic and a jvc ha-fx1x , i can tell the most balanced are the mduo, great bass and trebs, the jvc ones are too basshead, the pistons delivers a greater sound/placement comfort ratio (those thins doesn't fall off even when running), but overall experience gets powered up with a good player, i use poweramp with hi-res output (no eq or tone enabled) + stock eq set on general enhancement + metal preset, i know theese are budget earbuds but they seemed to offer great quality over more expensive ones (shure se 215), hope this helped you
