No Volte unless Lenovo-Zuk releases a update to enable it. So, no rom supports volte.
As for the installation, follow the usual clean installation steps.
1.Wipe Data,System, Cache,Dalvik
2.Flash Rom
3.Flash Gapps
4.Reboot
#Pre-Rooted with Magisk.No need to install supersu.

Thanks. Installed RA and its working fine. When i click on wallpapers, it tells me that app isn't installed.

I get the same SOT as i got on the Nuclearom. Using this rom with ra kernel. Sorry, I can't tell you the exact SOT as i don't care about it much.
Is U-Touch Supported?
Is OmniSwitch available?
Can we modify hardware buttons in a 3-way-manner (long press, double press, single press)?
Can we display battery percentage inside the battery icon?

Installation:
- Make a (Nandroid) Backup of your current ROM
- Full WIPE (wipe data/factory reset + wipe cache partition + wipe dalvik cache)
- Select a zip ROM from sdcard
- Install ROM
- Install Gapps
- After flashing, reboot device (First reboot will take a while)
- Enjoy CypherOS on your device!

make sure volte is working, if yes then then flash suddeps volte patch by following a thread i wrote on how to change the volte icon (hd to any icn you lik) you will get volte icon

The ROM (PROJECT) is still under development, It's initial release. New features are on the way and hope you all see in next update
If you know any Phone app like Google Dialer or something similar you can try that for workaround.

Hi @shubhambhise..clean installed the latest build, flashed gapps ..on booting the device ..messaging app was force closing..installed root checker app it was also force closing..checked other things it was working but apps were closing..should i clean install again or is there any other issue..

Which model? This rom is giving bootloop issues on xt1543.. I dont know why.. I tested and found not working on xt1543.
