Will download and test shortly. Thanks for hard work, been after a good LOS for G6
Nice, flashing right now
So I've been using this ROM for a few hours now. Couple of things that I've noticed:
* Pixel display settings (Natura, Boosted, Muted) are mostly all the same and I don't like them all together. Can't get the colors to look like on LineageOS 14.1
* It takes a little time to receive a mobile signal after boot. On 14.1 this was much quicker.
* Because this is an unofficial build, there will be a prominent notification in the status bar warning you about that. This can be disabled through a root shell (e.g. adb root)
* The new LineageOS icons - you either love or hate them. I belong to the latter one…
* Stock Camera didn't work for me at all. I recommend using one of the Google Camera ports (or OpenCamera as mentioned above)
* I liked the circle battery indicator from previous LineageOS/CyanogenMod versions and couldn't find it here. Has it been removed?
I was getting battery issues. Had 80% flashed ROM. 18%. Flashed back to fulmics 72%. Very odd.

This can be solved by recalibrating your battery
Has anyone tried encryption? Enabling encryption gave me a bootloop on lineage is 14.1
New build available! 04.04.2018
*Upstream changes.
*Fixed color saturation.
You could of at least changed something in the body, other than shamelessly copying everything from my thread, at least credits would of been nice..
Also i wonder if you asked anyone for permission before sharing their work here? As currently nobody from the devs acknowledged the creation of this.

How do I update correctly? Just flash the new ROM or do I have to flash new Gapps (like on 14.1) as well?
Phone calls don't seem to work. Can't receive or make calls, dialler is present but it seems to crash after dialing. Also incoming calls are immediately dropped with no notification whatsoever.
Shame, everything else worked like a charm.

What a pleasant surprise @iyahman ! Shall download and test tomorrow morning! Huge thanks for your efforts!
So I finished testing this build on my unit and sadly I had the same problems I had with epicboy Lollipop builds. I am a Straight Talk (AT&T) user and the following issues are happening to my unit:
- No mobile data: Yes, I've selected the correct APNs, rechecked, reentered the APN, toggled mobile data off/on, same with Airplane Mode, rebooted several times and nothing. This issue does not exist for me in earlier Android versions 4.4 and below.
- Corrupts internal storage: As soon as it boots, a new undeletable DCIM (or another title) folder with strange symbols appears. This also happens using the provided TWRP custom recovery as evidenced in the attached image after a format. This forces me to ODIN the device, format using a Samsung ROM then only use CM derived ROMs which don't corrupt my device's internal storage.
These two things force me to stay with CM11. I recognize the hacky nature of the Lollipop builds and these issues may or may not ever be fixed for my unit, so, again, thanks for your efforts, iyahman.
Here are some screenshots. I really love ambient display feature. When I go out and wondering whats the time just put out the phone and shake it show me the time and all notifications. And this build is really smooth change data to F2FS and feel. Thank you man @iyahman

I develop this rom because i like SlimRoms. I used it at my HTC One and HTC Desire Z before.
There are of cause some differents. It uses less space and has some other custom options. Using SlimLP makes fun for me.

Great!
This ROM not have music app and theme chooser?
Can you port sony ROM ?
Cm 12.1 better than it I Rather cm12.1
Hello, this ROM is compatible with the version Dual and SingleSIM ? thanks!
I tested this ROM. I made a complete clean install and must to say this ROM is much smoother, smaller and faster than cm12.1, but:
1) there is same problem with notification light as on cm12.1 (minority problem)
2) during play the ringtone (when incoming call) my repro is crackling (as old vinil) - this is the reason of leave this ROM and return back to cm12.1
3) there is old security patch level from february 2016
So, if will be solved step 2), I will return immediately to this ROM, because this ROM is really fast even with all application. Used it for 2 days and any other problem I've discovered. Many thanks for this ROM. Please, continue with developing and maintain this ROM.
New test and play with this ROM:
Tried notification light fix and it's working :good:
And the best is, that I found solution for crackling ringtone during incoming call. Problem depends on AudioFX. If I set equalizer for reproductor off, problem is gone.
So, this is my new daily driver, because Slim ROM is the BEST!

Maybe its' problem with my phone, but flashlight don't work..
EDIT:Flashed ROM again, everything works perfect now.
I tested the ROM in Dual Sim card Y6. it runs very fast and smooth, but has a problem, it doesn't play ringtone when has incoming calls. i have set a ringtone and test to play in the setting, no problem. it seems works on silent mode.
I don't know what happened, tried turn off audiofx, up/down volume to change ring mode, wiping caches, reinstall, flash dualsimfix patch..etc. still no help.
Please help -- unable to recharge
Hi there,
I was successful in flashing the SlimLP Rom but having some issues.
The phone is not charging at all. After the flash, when connecting with the usb it won't recognize the phone. And now the phone is complete dead. When connecting with Wall charger the phone just keeps on pwering on and off. Seems like it cycles through HUAWEI splash screen and the battery charging icon. Battery remains at 0%.

Sorry but the issues of touch were as a result of improper rooting. My realisation is that if phone is not properly rooted, it can misbehave in several ways.

Sorry @Ahmed_Khalifa. I should have talked about my phone. I am always forced to re-root any ROM which is pre-rooted for this reason. I don't know if anyone else has had such a situation like mine but my phone always requires that I re-root it. Moreover, I have personal issues with magiskSU because it does not root my phone completely and am unable to use certain apps that I always need. Hence as can be seen from the screenshot I earlier sent, I have to combine magisk and superSU. For me I have no need for safety net. For instance, after following my usual procedure of rooting fully (as I would call it), the rom has no more issues and i can now use it as i want.Thanks.

So I'm going to ask a question. To fix the Bluetooth and the speaker bug what about we just grab the files from the original Rom and put it on this Rom ??
I am talking something like this https://forum.xda-developers.com/an...-bug-fixing-bugs-porting-custom-roms-t2909599

I played around with that. Tried multiple combinations with no success.

Been using the previous version as a daily driver already.
So I would say, yes.
Very nice ROM for our device.
Is the Bluetooth voice call issue fixed?.
Edit _> confirmed fixed !. Awesome Kyasu, thanks.
Dirty Flashing from 14.1 did not work for me. Device boots completely but hangs after 20s of usage. Maybe there is an incompatible app, thats making my device crash. I'll try it from scratch in some days again. But thank you for all your work!
This will be my daily driver from today on. Thanks so much kyasu! Switching on and off Bluetooth and WiFi seems to interfere somehow, but everything else seems to work fine for the moment!
Did you consider posting a donation link @kyasu ?
Thanks for the continuing support for the S4!
Somehow the recommended gapps (as of 12.02.18) don't work for me. Instead i used the more recent one: https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/apps-games/arm-unofficial-opengapps-builds-android-t3743495
I hope i can help someone. BTW: klick on download anyway if it shows an error messege on the download-page.
Can't wait for a stable version of this amazing rom!
Sent from my ks01lte using XDA Labs

The ROM in it's current condition is already very stable.
Been using it since the first release and no stability issues for me.
Big bug for me. If you set screen lock as pattern or pin you can't unlock phone because SystemUI crashes so I can't add Credit Card to Android Pay.
EDIT: OK work but there is some delay. If the process interrupted you don't able to unlock screen. To fix this you must Reboot to Recovery and go to Advanced-->File Manager. Navigate to /data/system and delete all locksettings databases.

Camera LED doesn't work too.

Pin works fine here. Also led flash is working fine for me with footej camera app. Switching flight mode off from power menu does not work, but there is also the quick settings tile for this, so nothing to worry about. This is very stable and some features work even better than with los14.1 (torch tile, switching cameras delay...).
One more thing: Switching selinux to enforcing works also for me, so no problem using Netflix and other apps, which depend on this.

I don't think the wakeup delay problem is specific to the Korean version. I'm experiencing this bug on an international Galaxy S4 LTE-A. On stock the keys light up right away and the screen immediately after. On your roms the keys light up immediately, but the screen takes about a second to wake up.
Thanks for all your work, nonetheless. This is a great ROM, thanks for keeping ks01lte alive.

When I try to set pin settings froze. I rebooted phone and tried to unlock, but it's relocking continously. You only set PIN from settings and it worked?

Yes I did nothing special. I just changed to a pattern, unlocked once and changed back to my pin. No problems whatsoever.
I have the wakeup delay too with the international version, but I am already used to it since 14.1

Do you use ext4 or f2fs on data partition? Maybe I have this bug because I use f2fs and Magisk.

I use f2fs for data and cache partition. I would just clean flash again. Which gapps did you use? I used this (pico version): https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/apps-games/arm-unofficial-opengapps-builds-android-t3743495

Same GApps as mine but I also use Magisk. Maybe this is a issue.

I use Magisk as well
Setting screen lock works, but it takes longer than normal.
