i tested it on my pixel 3xl its not build for blueline but idk maybe it works

I have eagerly been waiting for a custom rom - really want to try this but will need to wait until In Call audio is working. I wanted to thank you for the hard work you have put into this so far though - and looking forward t future development.

I'm to lazy now a days to be rom flashing with a chance it will work, maybe.. ?
Waiting for someone else to bite the bullet. Need in call anyway
Thanks for bring the first ROM to the p3 line ?

I don't have a 3xl, but in some testing for the ogxl we found that Hangouts dialer still had in call audio. .. Might be worth a try.
If you can't verify number try v24.0.182154523. That seemed to do the trick.

That's what blueline is, post above yours.

This may not be the best place to ask, but how much is included in this initial build? It's been a few years since I last flashed a rom. Gapps? Pixel services? Or is this simply "AOSP"?
I would mostly unlock the bootloader the get a magisk module which enables Call Screen. But are there more stuff to look for today in a rom?

u have to flash gapps urself , sry i forgot to mention that , ive got mine from opengapps.org in order to keep most pixel functionality choose stock as ur gapps variant

First, let me thank the developer for the efforts in trying to bring this to everyone. But without sounding ungreatful, why would anyone want to try this ROM if you cannot receive calls and hear what the other side is saying? Isn't that the main reason why we all get a phone, to make and receive calls? Did I miss something?

Confirmed as working - dirty flashed over B29, installed xposed framework at same time, everything working perfectly. Good job man
The more custom ROMs, the merrier!
Might be good to have a general outline on what has been removed during debloat.
Also, how big are those extra themes? Depending on how big they are, maybe it would be good to break them out into a separate, optional flashable zip.
Up and running smooth!
Happy to have the 1st, fully functional, custom ROM on my A7!
Great work!

Fork of TWRP:
This UNOFFICIAL TWRP recovery is built for Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Snapdragon variants in EmotionOS/LineageOS Android 7.1.1 Nougat tree with correct device-specific SELinux policy. It fixed some warnings/errors and differs from the OFFICIAL TWRP in the following ways:
Designed to be built with LineageOS 14.1 only
Customize the mksh prompt and environment by editing mksh/mkshrc
Require fstab v2 syntax
Use external repositories for pigz, exfat, fuse
Power key toggles screen on/off
SuperSU and HTC Dumlock have been removed
Other customizations (see change history)
You can get the OFFICIAL TWRP recovery for Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (SM-N910V) from here. Other devices can find their variants in the device-specific forums.
Click to collapse
Versioning:
To help distinguish builds of recovery made from this fork, the minor version digit is replaced with N#. Minor version increments will be handled as needed, independent of TWRP. The major and semi-major version digits follow upstream to roughly indicate feature parity (as close as possible with a fork, anyways).

Is this twrp required or recommended for your Emo-14.1 builds?
I've found a little bug.
When flashing (there were 3 files added to flash) I turned off the screen using the power button.
After that pressing back the power button vibrated but remained with the screen off, touching the screen had the same effect.
I just waited and turned the phone off.
Next time I flashed the same things without press the power button to turn off the screen and worked fine, even though the screen went off automatically.

Well I can confirm official twrp still works for 2/5 and 2/13 ROMs.
Every time I try to install emotionrom it never recognizes my sim, so I'm not sure if it's because I'm not using the right twrp.
Hi, does this comment "* Require fstab v2 syntax" mean we may have issues flashing Roms that are not LineageOS or EmotionOS? (ie touchwiz)

I've hit a bug with VERSION twrp-3.0.N1-20170205-UNOFFICIAL-trltexx.tar. Every time I flush with this recovery i get an encryption failed error. I've had to revert back to twrp-3.0.2-0-treltexx in order to flush my ROMs. Hope this helps someone out there.
I successfully loaded LineageOS 14.1 (Android 7.1.1) using a standard TWRP build (found on their Devices page) - I never knew about this build.

[Rom][UNOFFICIAL]Lineage-15.1[SM-T217S]

LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 8.1 (Oreo), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.

/*

LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps). LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

Data
Prerequisites:
The latest version of TWRP. This is an absolute requirement.
Your device (it better be a Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 (Sprint)).
How to flash this ROM:
So you really want to do this, huh? That must mean you accept the risks specified in the disclaimer, and that you read the warning.
From other custom ROMs (this assumes you already unlocked your bootloader a long time ago):
Download the zip file for your device (link is below).
Reboot into TWRP (Volume Up + Home + Power or Advanced Restart).
Make a backup (optional).
Perform a factory reset (Wipe > Swipe to Factory Reset).
Flash the ROM you just downloaded.
Flash OpenGApps for Android 8.1 if you want Google services (optional).
If you want root, flash Magisk or SuperSU
Reboot and proceed normally with installation.

Thanks. Haha it wasn't a easy task. Took me about 2 months of tinkering and playing with it. I am personally using the device at the moment.

That’s so impressive. I don’t want to sound unappreciative but can you please do it for the tab 3 8.0. [emoji1391]*[emoji1391]*[emoji1391]*[emoji1391]*

Thanks. Problem with that is I don't have the device on hand, so that's problematic in building and testing.

You sir has restored my love in this little bugger the SM-217S. I found it a couple of months back hiding in a drawer. I figured I'd use it when I'm watching YouTube in bed. I've been on Resurrection Remix 7.1 and could believe it was so slow. Now this thing is has new life in it again.

Thank you for cooking this ROM and interest in making the camera work. I know you use it as WiFi tablet only. I still can't get Sprint data working as was the case with earlier serranoltexx-based builds.
Looking forward to any updates you may provide. Best wishes...

Can you take some logs when you insert your sim, and try to toggle data?

I'm guessing a kernel for Lineage OS 15.1 wouldn't work with Lineage OS 14.1 ? I'm not ready to make the leap onto Oreo yet, but I'll be damned if I can find a good, non-stock kernel for LOS 14.1 on my SM-T217S. I've tried repeatedly to compile my own from all the sources that are readily available, but the OS just hangs saying that Lineage OS is starting... and that's just the stock source with the specific commits for this device. I can't figure out if it's the toolchain I'm using or what.
Thanks for the time and effort that you've put into this, though. Having begun to try to do this kind of thing myself has really given me a new appreciation for the work that you and other XDA members do. Hopefully one day I'll be compiling my own ROM builds for y'all too.

Kernel source compiles based upon device. The kernel from 14.1 or 15.1 should be interchangeable. If the ROM boots to the initial screen then its probably not a kernel issues but another issue why it won't boot. You have to take a adb log and look at the output to determine why its hanging.

With SIM inserted I see a persistent notification atop the notification panel that says No SIM card - No service. When I remove and re-insert the SIM, the message remains. Because of this I am unable to toggle cellular data on and off using the status bar Mobile data switch or in Settings-Mobile Network. All items are greyed out under Settings-Mobile Network. When I access the "Testing" menu by dialing *#*#4636#*#* and then select Tablet Info I am unable to Enable Data Connection. I recall that after the first boot after flashing your ROM the Cellular setup wizard never started even after removing and reinserting the SIM card. I don't think this is relevant but I did not flash any GAPPS package. I did flash the file 2016.02.08 Freedompop_APNs_fix.zip which I obtained from a different thread and has worked on other ROMs. My SIM is for FreedomPop which uses the Sprint data network. I did collect logcat and Bug Report files to share with you if you think they may help. Let me know if I may provide any additional information. Thanks!

Thanks I will take a look at the logs. Ya I don't have a sim to insert maybe I can find a friend who has a old one lying around. Did the sim show inserted on my previous build?

Thanks, the SIM did not show on the previous build either.

It might work if you flashed a custom kernel but the blobs are slightly different so idk the answer. It would be up to you, I can't provide support as I don't have that device.

So I been looking at the radio files I used. I am thinking they would work. But they were made for a different device but do work with serranotexx which I assumed would be work with this device. Obviously I believe this is the issue, I will try to do a rebuild semi soon to see if I can sort that out. The hardware is slightly different between the s4 and this.

Not Working
It's not working for me, I'm on the Samsung galaxy tab SM-T217S (Sprint). When I try to flash it with TWRP, it says:

Edit: FIXED, I edited the file and removed the version verification.
