Is there a way to share higher resolution pictures on apps such as Facebook or Twitter from the Camera program? When I take a picture and want to share it I click on the menu button -> Share and select Facebook or Twitter. Problem is the picture that's shared is TINY even though I'm taking a 5MP picture and you can't even make out anything. Is there a setting for this anywhere where I can adjust the resolution it's sent out at?
How are you trying to share the photo? Using AllShare?
All default options such as Google mail, Bluetooth, etc shares complete pic.

I'm sharing it directly from the Camera app. Ie I take the picture and when it shows the preview there is a Share button. I like the button and a list pops up of ways to share it which includes Facebook and Twitter. The problem I have is that what it uploads is a tiny resolution (320x240) picture that can barely be made out. Is there a way to change the resolution that is uploaded to these sites?
Bump...anyone know how to do this?
Hey guys, theres probably a thread somewhere about this but from years back but just couldnt find anything on it...anyways im trying to set wallpapers on my captivate to look nice and clear without seeing any pixels but having trouble because it stretches the pic. It causes it to zoom in and blur the and just doesnt look good. Ive tried all resolutions and still looks terrible. Is there a certain app or anything to fix this?
Thanx a lot!
If you are trying to set pics from the gallery the solution I use is justpictures from the market. Set the max resolution to high in the app settings. Much better than the crap samsung gallery as you can define folders, add facebook, picasa, photobucket, etc. as well.
Why is it that, when I look at pictures I've taken in the gallery, they look considerably less bright than when I looked through the screen just before I took them?
Any one else get this?
Does anyone know? I have a bunch of apps disabled, and cannot figure out which one plays them. Anyone have a clue?
It may be the "Animated photo" mode in the camera app.
I've noticed that images and videos in my device seem pixelated while text is sharp and clear. I took a screenshot to see if this is an issue in my screen but the pixelation is very visible in my computer aswell. It is most apparent in the Facebook app where text in videos is clearly pixelated and profile pictures seem blurry. It can also be viewed on adverts in the YouTube app.
I would've attach screenshots that would illustrate this issue but the forum dosen't let me...
Does anyone else have this issue?
