*Application Settings Screen* flickers when entering the App's Settings screen

Problem:
Application Settings Screen flickers in certain Apps when first entering the Application's Settings. THIS ONLY HAPPENS IN PORTRAIT Mode. It does not happen in Landscape.
Cause:
The device may have non-standard fonts or font sizes that are not properly utilized by some applications.
I am using default fonts with an application called Big Font to enlarge font-size to 120%. When I reduce font-size to normal size (100%), the problem no longer occurs.
Temporary Solution:
1) Tilt the device to Landscape mode and flickering should stop. Then you can return to Portrait mode.
2) Reset your fonts to normal fonts and/or normal font-size.
3) Enter the application's Settings screen in Landscape first, then rotate device to Portrait if necessary.
To date I have encountered this issue with stock Samsung Internet Browser v.2.3.3 (Gingerbread-KG3), HDR Camera+ 2.16, and PowerAMP (multiple versions).
I hope this is helpful to others that may encounter this issue.

Resize or Change Landscape/Portrait of Windowed Apps

I have the Note 4 and love the mult-window floating app, once I got used to the changes from the Note 3 and used Multi Window Manager to enable support for most of my applications. My question is... is it possible to scale or change the aspect ratio of applications that are in floating windowed mode? The Note 4 lets me make them bigger but has a limited size it can shrink apps to. Are there any hacks or apps that anyone knows of to allow multiple floating windows to be in landscape mode while the phone is in portrait mode and floating windows be in portrait mode while the phone is in landscape mode? It would get rid of overlap and allow multiple floating windows to be fully visible at the same time. I mean, we have resolution and real-estate; it just seems like we should be able to take advantage of it.
I feel it was a major design flaw on Samsung's behalf since the apps already mostly support both modes and even if they don't apps like rotation locker, still make them usable when not windowed and forced to a certain mode.
Are there any hacks that remove the minimal application scale or aspect ration?

Picture in Picture?

Does the Note 8 support Picture in Picture given that that is now available in Android Oreo? If so how do you get it to work.
Thanks
We already had this feature in android 7 ^^
So how do you get it to work on the Note 8?
Someone please answer... I need to know as well....
Settings > Advanced Features > Multi Window > Pop-up view action (turn it on) > swipe inwards from the top left corner and you have a resizable picture in picture of any app.
Oreo's PIP feature works on apps like Twitch and Youtube.
You just simply exit the app and it should switch the video to a PIP window.
Do mind that you'll need Youtube Red or Youtube Vanced for PIP to work with Youtube
It's enabled by default

Click to collapse
Do you have Auto-rotate enabled? Pull down the notifications until you see the quick tile settings and make sure it is enabled. If you don't see Auto-rotate there, go to Settings --> Display --> Advanced and turn on Auto-rotate screen.
@alryder: He's referring to portrait mode in the camera, not portrait orientation.
@iamfarhanansari: The N6 doesn't support portrait mode, as portrait mode like in the Pixel 2 devices uses a dedicated processor along with a heaping dose of artificial intelligence. The closest you likely will get to portrait mode would be a camera app that has a bokeh setting.

Camera Modes Shortcut on Home Screen

Hi!
Does anyone know how to create additional camera modes shortcut on Home Screen? (Example: Super Slo-mo Mode, Pro Mode, etc)
For now I can only find Selfie Mode and Auto Mode available by default.
I saw demo phones at the mall has many modes on the Home Screen. Not sure how they did that....
Thanks in advance!!
