Hello everyone, I have a problem with root my A33M variant, my problem is that it won't let me mount r/o in root explorer and in any explorer, does anyone else have this problem? I want to debloat
First you have to flash Magisk.zip with your custom recovery to get root succesfully then you can use lucky patcher to debload or uninstall system apps

I just flashed S5570 MJKT3 and I really want to root it because there is an unwanted application that I want to remove.
I cannot root using universal gb root. It's saying that successfully rooted but when I open the device, there's no superuser. but there's 1 application installed and it's just a root checker. I guess the SuperUser app won't install.
And, I tried using ADB but I can't mount /system and /data. (i can mount when I format the /system but the firmware/rom will not work/boot up
I'm in Samsung Galaxy Next S5570 MJKT3.

use stock recovery not cwm. universal gb roor not work on cwm.

Rooted with with SuperSU
Steps followed in TWRP:
1. Factory Reset (To start fresh)
2. Flashed no-verity-no-encrypt_ashyx
3. Format data
4. Flashed SR3-SuperSU-v2.82-SR3-20170813133244.zip
5. Reboot
Root checker shows Rooted.
However, it isnt properly rooted , it seems, because:
1. AdAway shows a *SU Binary Could not be found*
2. ES File Explorer 's Root explorer isn't working: *Sorry, test failed* message pops up.
Any idea how to get properly rooted?
EDIT:
More info: It seems the root is working for certain apps like Droidwall which I use to block internet access.
The system is not properly Writable (has read access only) which is causing the issue with some root apps. So, I guess I need a solution to make the System Writable.. Help?
Hi, I have the same problem on Italy ITV Nougat.
The phone seems to be rooted ("Check Root" give sucessfully rooting), but when I try to delete app from "App Remover Root" it doesn't work and the same if I try to uninstall/delete the apk from ADB.
Any idea?

But since the switch (root) uninstaller pro has no rw on /system to delete apps despite him having root.

i rooted my phone but unfortunately i can only use it in ro mode and i can not change to rw does anyone know what to do?
root method:magisk v23
recovery: orange and twrp
rom build:12.5.8
file manager:root explorer and es file manager
We can either try doing modification in recovery or use a magisk module which points to required location in system
