I want to get some of them screen protectors for my XDA, but the few sites I've seen than have them are either in Hong Kong or UK...etc...
Anyone know of a place in the USA where I can buy these from?
Also it goes without saying I would like some good quality protectors.
Screen Protectors
pocketpctechs.com is good place for them. I have used their's on several occasions and seem to be great.
I will never use any screen protector other than those offered by PPC Techs. Yes, they are expensive. Yes, they are well worth it, no question.
Check out the below Brighthand review:

BTW I use a ClearTouch Screen Protector.

I sold my HD2 before I even got this in the mail, so I've got to sell it. I'll let it go for $10 shipped if anybody is interested.
Hi,
Where are you from? I'm from Canada and I might be interested
Hmm. I've heard that having a screen protector distorts the iPad display making it look bad. I wouldn't suggest a screen protector if you absolutely don't need one. My friend has the invisibleshield on is iPad and took it off a week later because of the way it made his screen look.
Had anyone seen screen protectors being made for this phone? I wonder how well they will work on a curved display.
MT4G (HTC Glacier) using XDA app.
I read somewhere Zagg invisibleShield will be available.
Just out of curiousity, why would you want a screen protector? All of Samsuns S models have gorilla glass. The screen is virtually impossible to scratch.

While I do agree, I suppose some just want to be sure Or they just don't want any dirt, grime, or grease on the screen either

damn i need a screen protector otherwise, i'm not able to have all my diamonds in my pocket =D
just kidding, i heard there will be invisible shield ^^
BestSkinsEver has been good about offering protectors within a few days of a phone being on the market. Nearly identical to the Zagg InvisibleShield at about a quarter the price (follow them on facebook for weekly discount codes).
Skinomi protector is already out. I just ordered mine and should get it next week.

Found one on eBay today.
http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-CLEAR-SCREE...Accessories&hash=item43a3d30eac#ht_4359wt_875
$5.99, looks like it's a full face screen protector.
It'll get cheaper, I got my Nexus One one like 3 for $1 free ship LOL.
www.clearfreak.com looks like they sell front and back protectors. looks similar to invisibleshields (I dont like that style)
Might just buy the back, to protect the plastic from scratching.
30% off if you buy from their website with code "clearmas10"
Ugh, but he charges shipping if u buy on his website.

To the "It's gorrilla glass" people, doesn't matter. It can still scratch. My Captivate has a very few small scratches on it. However, I still vastly prefer the naked glass to the noticable only under the right light and cleanliness scratches.
Do we know that it's gorilla glass? Since the screen is curved, all bets are off.
My favorite protectors are the ones by dcmugen88 (eBay) and Martin Fields. They are basically the same but Martin Fields is crazy expensive. Sadly dcmugen doesn't have any items for sale right now.
Saw this one in AMAZON. Doesn't look bad at all, ad lifetime replacement sounds nice.

Had a Samsung Fascinate that has a tiny scratch. You can barely see it unless you get the lighting just right on it but its still annoying. Of course I don't carry around diamonds or do anything rough with it but gorilla glass can be scratched by certain things so do your research. I have a Nexus S now and I probably plan on getting a screen protector this time but who knows. I just get thrown off with having to spray something on my device to get the InvisibleSHIELD on.
Had invisibleshield put on as BB said they would do it no charge. Had Ghost Armor on my Incredible and this does not have as good a feel (imo) BB said give it a day so I will.
Usual invisibleSHIELD video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=25R7leMXB4w (Nexus S version).
Last time i bought the HD2 silicon case with the two screen protector worthed about 5 dollars on eBay. Then soon i found the problem was that the bot screen protectors wont fully stick on the screen (bubbles everywhere) even though i spent lots time to get rid of the bubbles, but they are totally unqualified product..
And now i am looking for the better screen protectors, just searched on ebay and hundreds of the results coming out and i am wondering which one would fully stick on the screen without bubbles. Can anybody recommend some good screen protectors? Thanks
I highly recommend Realook from Amazon. They are dry install covers and if put on properly show almost no bubbles. The reason I like these the best is that they feel most like the actual glass of any that I tried. The rest are more rubbery and dont allow your finger to glide across the screen as well as these do. This particular one covers the bottom under the buttons so there is a slight bit of lifting on the lower corner. This is covered up by my case anyway so it's no bother.
2 pack $11
Lifetime Warranty

make sure you get the right one for EU or TMO version.
I don't use any screen protector. I have used one for 1 yr but it degenerates the quality of the screen. Besides, the screen itself is pretty good in preventing scratches.

done. good idea.
I'm in the no Screen protector camp, owned the phone for 14 montys and not a scratch on the screen, a soft or hard case is fine if you are worried or careless
I Use Martin Sheilds screen protector. I have stuck to this because of durability and feel. Plus side is you cant even tell you have one on
i bought the stock T-mobile branded ones the day i bought my phone. there were 2 in the pack, and im on the last one. i really like the slightly hazy anti glare that it provides. i recommend those ones, but does anyone know of any that are just as good, but dont cost as much? i had the first one off after it wore out after 6 months, but IMHO, the bare glass is just too shiny and reflects everything outside in my experiance, so i put the second one on.

These are the best. I've had invisible shield, phantom skinz, body glove. They all suck compared to the tmobile one. They last forever. Had mine on for 8 months and its still looks new.
Hi,
I know the full body screen protector has multiple threads out there, but I wanted to get some feedback from UK buyers. The only one I can seem to find in the UK is the ZAGG INVISIBLESHIELD. Anyone know where it's possible to get Ghost Armor, bestskinsever or other similar products in the UK?
IMO, the easiest way is to order the protector directly from their website. Most of them should have worldwide shipping.
Called Zagg yesterday to ask about the curved tempered glass and the girl said it's been shipping for the past week. You have to call and order as it's still not available on their website. Now here's the kicker, It has a black painted border around the edges. :silly:
I asked if it sticks to the actual display area and she said yes, but did not sound too sure. It was $44.99 but she said she would give me 10% off and another $10.00 off discount. After hearing about the black "Painted Border" I did not order and will wait to see what others find out.
If anyone has ordered and received one please post some pictures and a review. Thank You.
Some have already had it and sent it back. See the TGSP thread. It's the same Chinese crap.
Sent from my SM-G935F using XDA-Developers mobile app
Yea, just saw that. Glad I did not order one.
Honestly I've given up hope of ever finding a decent TGSP for this phone. You need 100% adhesion to the screen for it to not look and feel like absolute balls every time, and so far all the TGSP are exactly the same garbage you can get for 20$ on eBay.
I tried a protection but it did not work
Anyone else tried the Zagg curved yet?
Must have lost my mind..........................Just picked one up at Best Buy for the Regular Edge at the everyday low price of $44.99 plus tax.
I'll see how it works out tomorrow. One thing that worries me is all the cutouts on the back are real sharp feeling. Hope they won't scratch the face of the phone.
So the Zagg glass for the edge isn't any good?
I saw these in the local EE shop on Saturday, and whilst I was there someone bought one and attempted to install it. Looked no different than all the others you get online to me (other than being more expensive), and it still didn't appear to sit on the screen properly. I'll stick with the HD Dry myself. If a premium company like Zagg can't get these things working properly, then tempered glass protectors on curved screens are a write off for me. The manufacturers just don't seem capable of getting them right but as long as people buy them they'll continue making them.
