There is an upgrade to the Asia ROM on the HTC Australia Website. Can someone tell me what version this is and if it is the "Telstra" ROM?

Hi there Zeu569, It definitely is the Telstra crap.... i have a copy of it from the forum... The touch HD was released only to Telstra, so all upgrades will be telstra based...
thanks for that. i have the eu model but thought maybe the aus rom may have aus specific contents since i live in aus. if the aus rom has telstra then forget it lol.

UK Version has UK, and SPA languages for sure. Has for other languages I am not sure about.

Yep, you can do it. Also you can flash open firmware with branded phone and all sh*t from brand will gone. You can flash your LGP990 with other country firmware to get other apps & languages.

look at the respective thread. there is a solution for that!
in short form: this rom has not enough space, so you need to delete something, to add sth. (in our case SU)
zips are findable in this threat. use search.
