Device Data shows the following after upgrading

ROM Datum: 10/26/04
Radio Version: 1.06.00
Protokoll Version: 1337.38
ExtROM Version: 1.22.182 GER
BT-PPC/PE Version: 1.0.0.3500
There is still no update from TM that works for my device (without camera). Is ist possible, to upgrade with this allthough?

I have read all those topics about upgrading the mda/qtek9090 etc.. but I am not sure if I can update it for my "dutch" mda III. When I look at the Device Information i see:

I bought an PDA2K english version but now is available also the italian one, I have changed to the italian one, but now with the version 1.22.04 ITA i can't anymore. So my problem is my PDA2k now is :

How to upgrade the radio version or the protocol ?
is there any difference between the latest version and the prior one ?
