i have downgraded to WM03SE and i have noticed that when i tried to use the bluetooth, if the devices goes to stand by mode the bluetooth goes off and when i power on the device it became on again, but if my bluetooth head set was connected and the device goes on stand by mode the bluetooth does not turned off. so i will post my registry file to anybody who can search for the difference.

Hi all...
Just got my Tilt a few weeks ago and thus far have been enjoying every moment. I have run into an issue that is a bit irritating, wondering if anyone has any ideas.
Streaming audio over the phone works great, but I can't figure out how to keep the music playing when the phone goes into sleep mode.
I get connected, it plays for a couple of minutes then the sound turns off along with the screen. I hit the power button to wake the phone up, the screen turns on and the music comes back. It appears that the phone is staying connected to the website, it is just the sound that goes away.
Ideally I would like to have the screen off to conserve battery power, while listening to the radio. I am having this issue when using the built in speaker and while using headphones connected through the USB port.
Any help or suggestions would be appriciated.
Yeah, I just tried it with mine and I get the same results - turning it to standby causes the music to stop but the stream seems to stay active. So, I would suggest getting a hold of a program called AE Button Plus, which allows you to remap all of the buttons on the front of the device. There are options in there to disable the standby mode when a button is pressed, and then you can turn off the screen but keep the device running with a different button press. Check it out and you'll understand what I mean, and I think that would be your best bet.
wktask
use wktask to minimize streaming apps for audio to stay on.
Speaking of AE Button Plus, also make sure you read my related Button Enhancer Bible for more tips & tricks.
In my experience, the music will still play through Bluetooth A2DP headphones when the phone goes to sleep.
I recently bought a Motorola S9 stereo bluetooth headset. It's paired with my Tilt, and connects and works great (though the range is pretty crappy).
I run my Tilt in Vibrate mode, so both phone and PDA volumes are at zero with vibrate turned on.
When the A2DP headphones connect, they automatically turn the volume up, which turns off vibrate mode. No problem.
But when the headphone DISconnect, they automatically put the volume back where it was (zero), but fail to turn vibrate back on. So unless I manually fix it every time, I don't get any notifications, even for an incoming call.
Is there any fix for this?
I'm running the stock 6.0 ROM.
Thanks!
I have had the same problem with my normal bluetooth headset. I am running the stock 6.1 rom. From what I can find, there is nothing that can be done. I use a cradle with a speaker phone in my car because of it. I am not sure if there is a problem with cooked roms or not. Good luck.
Hi,
I've just acquir a stereo bluetooth headset "voyager 855" (I think the best one...), I've paring it to my kaiser, switch on the bluetooth ... and i've seen that my htc's power drown so fast ! less than a day to go to 0% !
I think it's 'cause that my bluetooth being always turn "on" !!!?!
So i'm looking for a software that turn "on" my bluetooth connection before "off" when a call incoming and shut it "off" when I stop to convers.
Is this soft exist or is someone be interested to developpe it ?
Thank for your answer
Unless your headset is actively connected to the phone (ie: the headset itself is on), bluetooth has a very small effect on battery life. You have a different problem.
I have the same problem with my bluetooth. I am using radio: 1.71.09.01 and have used other radios too... I have my kaiser paired with the bluetooth handsfree in my car. If I dont turn off the bluetooth on the phone when I get out of the car, the battery will go dead before the day is done. However, if I never turn on the bluetooth the whole day, it will go down to about 55%-65% by the end of the day (depending on usage).

First of all, "PhoneAlarm" (www.pocketmax.net) can do what you want to do. Switch on BT only when phone rings.
2nd, I don't think BT consume so much power. Maybe some other power hugging program? (usually Today screen plugin and/or continous data connection)
Anyway, PhoneAlarm comes with a "electric Current display" which can also help debug your power consumption.
When turning off, my Tilt consume <7mA, when screen on, (lowerest bklight) with phone radio on 200~300mA
Just for your reference
Hello All,
Whenever my N1 connects to bluetooth in the car, the volume of the ringer goes off (although set to maximum). I cannot hear the dialing tone neither the directions from the GPS navigation software.
How can it be fixed ?
I am using TheOfficial Nexus1 v2.13.2
Thanks
Would be happy to get some help ...

Try to increase the volume using the side buttons WHEN your phone is connected to the bluetooth. Also, try to increase the volume with the bluetooth system in the car.
Also, go to Settings>Sounds when your phone is connected, then click Volume, see if anything is turned off.
Hi,
I have the Smart Lock feature turned on and set to keep my phone unlocked whenever a trusted device is connected, which in my case is my bluetooth headphones.
However, I realize that when I disconnect my bluetooth headphones, Smart Lock still keeps the phone unlocked until I manually turn off Bluetooth.
I have experienced this issue from Oreo and it didn't seem to be fixed after updating to Pie.
Is this normal operation of Smart Lock, and if it is, is there any way to configure this setting, or is this a bug?
Thanks.
Not normal. I keep Bluetooth on all day, since I have a Gear S3 watch. I have smart lock set to stay unlocked when connected to my Bluetooth in my Jeep and it works perfect. Once I shut off the Jeep, the screen lock goes back to normal.
