As ROMs que são criadas aqui no xda-developers são baseadas no Windows Mobile com Inglês Internacional (WWE), não sei se é possível instalar um pacote de tradução, nem como fazê-lo. acho que o windows mobile deve ser compilado com suporte ao idioma desejado, e como ROMs com os componentes desejado são em inglês, o WM5 para o Blue Angel tembém é em inglês. mas acredito que a tarefa de tradução não seria nada trivial...
The BA ROMs are based on WWE, I don't know if it is possible to install a language pack or how to do one. I believe the ROMs must be compiled with support for the desired language, and since the ROMs available for us to cook are in english, so are our BA ROMs. I believe the translation effort, if possible, wouldn't be trivial at all...

Eu estou usando o Open Touch 4.0 WM6.1 alguem aqui está usando ? Tiveram alguma dificuldade ? Manda ai que tentamos resolver.
Eu e menos de 1 mês mandei pra garantia pois fiz flash errado e ele ficou doidao, a HTC me enviou 1 novinho em 7 dias.
Errei de primeira mas não errei na segunda, o ROM funciona muito bem.
Alguem tem algum programa interessante ???

did your phone come with a cd? That might contain the RUU for TIM. From my (extremely) rudimentary understanding of portugese, i gather that this is some kind of RMA issue?

o open touch e o melhor, no meu opiniao, para o p4350. principalmente o 4.0. os outros ainda tem 'glitches' que da algumas problemas. nada tao mal, mas sao prblemas.

Não sei se essa thread ainda tá funcionando mas vale a pena tentar.
Fui fazer um flash da rom do Ivan, justchome, windows mobile 6.5 e fiz alguma coisa de errado. Acabei dando um brick no celular, é um Htc p4351, é da Vivo.
Alguém poderia me dizer se tem jeito? Ou é melhor eu ver logo com a Vivo ou HTC enquanto está na garantia...

I have the same problem, I changed my original rom, there is a lot of bugs, I can not fix it, ex. WMP load music from external memory, but load on internal memory too, not possible save playlist or play file above free memory, internal memory with 20 mb free, when load de music, stay less 8 mb, why? My rom version WingDev.01.XPR WWE. Anybody know how to fix this problem, or change for a brazilian rom?

all the new rom's have the new keyboard, but infortunately don't work with portuguese language.
Any solution to that? can the experts solve that?
Para escreveres caractéres Portugueses tens de manter a tecla premida. Por ex. para escreveres o "é" primes o "e" meio segundo e aparecem-te outros caracteres, depois deslocas o dedo até ao "é". Se o que pretendes é o T9 para este tipo de teclado (uma tecla = uma letra) necessitamos de um dicionário e de sugestão de palavras activa, pode ser que apareça rápidamente uma vez que esta versão foi retirada de um telefone que estará brevemente dosponivel em Portugal. Mas de uma coisa é certa este teclado é fabuloso, já não tenho inveja nenhuma do do iPod touch do meu filho.

I'm no expert, but I had same problem like you just with Danish language so I tried various things and managed to get it to work, then I saw your post and tried to make a reg for Portuguese language.
Try and import the attached T9 reg. and I'm pretty sure your problem is solved (work with Davideuck_V-6)
In Dutty 1.9b i got my sugestion words in Italian after importing this reg, something is missing for Portugese, but one step further.
i'm trying davideuck V6.
after download i will give my veredict.

i install the cab 14 languages.cab ant then imported the registry...
in options choose portuguese language and working good, et voilá...

2. Using PHM Registry Editor, change the manila language code. go to HKEY Current User => MUI => CurLang. Change the hexadecimal value from 409 (en-us) to 816 (pt-pt).
3. Using Total Commander, copy all the manila files from your SD card to the Windows folder.
4. Soft reset device or restart TouchFlo 3D.

Fazendo, se é que é possível, um upgrade de 1.3 35350.1_1630 38 para a versão 2.5 ou 2.6 do manila, não vou perder dados de configuração.
Eu tenho a ROM version 1.14.410.0 (24011)
Isto não é o mesmo que flashar a Rom pois não?
Alguém me esclarece?

atencao que a tua rom ficara sempre na lingua que tens no momento com estes ficheiros que acima posto alteras a linguagem no caso de teres manila 2.5 para portugues com as devidas alertas de sms, chamada perdida,etc
e de referenciara tbem que nao perdes dados nenhuns de configuracao ou contactos armazendados no pda.
no caso de teres manila 2.1 nao necessitas destes ficheiros, apenas precisas de ir ao editor phm e alterar o codigo da linguagem para 816 e reinicias a manila e fica a bombar...

Será possível voltar a fazer upload do ficheiro, é que o download já não funcionar.
Outra questão, algum de vcs sabe como colocar o dicionário do XT9 para PT

O link que está neste post não funciona.
A outra questão que referi, é que eu coloquei a ROM da MIRI e nos SMS's o XT9 está em inglês, gostava de saber se é possível e como colocar com o dicionário em português.

Eu sou novato nisto, não panho nada destas coisas das Rom's lol
a minha pergunta é como instalar o manila 2.5 em pt sem queimar o telelemovel.
se podessem explicar porque não pesco nada disto mas aprendo rapido se me explicarem os passos todos
