MDA III ROM 1.12.00 WWE, is the latest one?

Dear all
I wish to UNLOCK my extended ROM, get rid of any cabs and make full use of it as STORAGE MEMORY (for programs, etc)
Can you please point me a link for instructions and relevant application to perfomr such a task?

Can you please also explain how to burn me a more recent English Firmware for both my ROM and Extended ROM ?

Need Help on Upgrade Rom from UK to Belgium Dangaard

Hello,
I have upgraded several Qtek S100 (also called Magician) using some tools in order to bypass the country ID error.
But here I'm now with a Blue Angel with this :
Model No: PH20B
Minor version Model No: B
Language Code: WWE
Minor: E
Operator code: CDL__001
ROM Version: 1.22.00
Extended ROM version: 1.22.722
Radio Version: 1.06.00
and I try all the fix and bat ........I have found in this Forum under section Blue Angel.
And I still get the country error things. :twisted: grrrrrrrrrrrrr
I do edit the fix.bat with the PH20B and the language WWE and operator CDL__001
But nothing help won't work.
First what is the CDL operator ? who is this ?
Now I wanted to upgrade with the Dangaard Rom : BA_DT_WWE_14000_147_11200_Ship.exe
Can some one help me ??

I tried to install to my German T-Mobile MDA III. I got the error message that the language is incorrect. I'm wondering because this rom should also be a German one. What i'm also wondering the ba_update programm shows englisch messages. Doe's anybode has tried to use?

I have the same problem - I get an language error when trying to upgrade. I read the manual on how to patch the language settings though, I think I am missing the password...
Anyone know how to figure that out?

This rom could be a type II rom and thus give you a password error with the oold nbftool.
If this is the case re extract the exe file (as you tried to modify the roms with the tool).
Go to wiki in the 1.40 rom upgrade page, follow the type II instructions using this german rom.
The ma no id tool should bypass the langauge code and country code.
Use at own risk as with all flashing

Looking for an original german QTek 9090 ROM

Hi,
I am new to this and I recieved a QTek 9090 with Vodafone ROM installed.
unluckily the navigator is damaged now. So I sent this to Arvator and they have sent the QTek back to be stating -> Device has a wrong software; no warranty!
Now I am looking for the original german ROM !

Can someone handout the original ROM or tell me where I can find it ?

There is also a 1.4X german swisscom rom.

If they are not in the wiki list they need to be upadated,

Thanks for the replies but I already have an german Vodafone ROM installed. I got the VPA III back with the comment "This device has wrong software. The device has now not more warranty" So I need to have the original QTEK Rom.

Help me upgrading to Dopod D810's WM6 from HTC P3600's WM5

I have purchased my HTC P3600 from London but there's no upgrade to WM6 here at it's european site whereas the HTC HongKong is giving an official upgrade to Dopod D810 (http://www.asia.htc.com/asia/event/WM6/hk/download_1.html ). It's available for download after sign-up.
