Is it possible on the TYTN II to receive an mms then forward it to a email address. I even tried to transfer message to my sd card but could not. When I tried this the only way was to send each part of the message ie text, audio,or video. Now I have 3 parts but no way to put them back together.
I doubt it's possible on any phone to forward the entire MMS via email in its original format - there's not much point since it would need an MMS client at the other end to make sense of it. You can forward the constituent parts, as you've discovered, but the only sensible way of forwarding a complete MMS message is via MMS, to another MMS enabled phone.
thanks for reply
Thats what I thought. This all started when I got a funny mms and wanted to save it so that I could send it to my email friends.
Why don't you just save the contents to the MMS to your SD card then send an email with an attachment to just the file????

Guys,
Has anyone figured out how to send a contact card via email, text or mms. Can't find the option...
I want to know too.
There will be an app for that ;-)
I am still new to this stuff but is there any way to recover deleted text messages without buying a SIM card reader? I am not even sure if my phone stores the messages on the SIM card or on the phone itself. It is stock except that I rooted it.
Text messages are stored in internal memory, in a database:
/data/data/com.android.providers.telephony/databases/mmssms.db
I do not believe there would be any way to recover deleted texts. Use SMS Backup + to backup and store future text messages to your gmail account.
I have my One connected to an exchange-server (activesync) where I have 50MB limit per mail.
However, it seems there is a limit for sending emails with HTC-mail app.
If I want to send some photos (around 10MB), the mail is stuck in the outbox. And I get an error-notification, that the mail cannot be sent.
If I remove a photo from the mail (size is now around 7MB), the mail is being sent without problems.
I removed all size-limits in the account configuration on the HTC One already. Receiving big attachments is not a problem, just sending.
Can anyone confirm / help?
Thanks very much!
