I have tried both the Tuama 1.3 and the lastes Ivan roms, I can get everything else working fine but not MMS.
I have trawled the forums and the Wiki, setup the MMS account and put all the settings in from the Orange website, everything seems fine. When I try to send it just keeps connecting then trying to send the MMS but always fails. I have gone back to WM2003SE sent MMS from there no probs, even written down all the settings used, then gone back back to WM5 but still no luck.
I really love the features of WM5 but need MMS, anybody know if this is an Orange problem, I have tried all ideas and advice I can find.

When I log in to msn (after hard reset, or soft reset) I can see all my online contacts who are online atm. When I log in another time, I do not see any online contacts, but they are able to talk te me... hard reset and/or soft reset does not help, running on official WM6 right now. A solution anyone?

Really strange, your using T-Mobile Internet also in the Netherlands? I use it too, i have this problem also with official WLM, seems to be an network problem i guess (if i connect by wifi it seems to work always)
I am having the same problem. It started about a week ago. Is it a dutch problem?
It the MSN version we have build in our roms. Build 1400 was known not to have this bug. My friend has a HTC Touch with an official rom, but he also has the same problem.
But when i installed build 1400 on my Herald, it got stuck in a boot loop.
No problem here and i live in Holland and have T-Mobile Web&Walk, works like a charm.
check if you have for access point : internet (small letters) , i say this because the network wizard makes it internet-acs or something like that which doesn't work correctly.
Also check if you have proxy disabled.

Hi, i live also in the Netherlands and i have the same network as yours (T-mobile), i know the network wizard is configuring an connecting with internet-act, i change this everytime i have hard reseted my device, but that's not really the problem, everything online works great, only the contacts don't show up when i sign in, my contact are able to chat with me (can also chat back, but they have to start the conversation). It's an really anoying problem, has anyone an solution for this?
I have to come back on what i've said....i have now the same ****...no online contacts but i am connected and can chat with people when they leave me a message.
i think the problem has to do with the t-mobile provider. gonna give em a call next week.
I Also have dutch T-Mobile and had the same problem last week.. I installed different newer versions without succes. Now I installed the 1400 version and my contacts are back online!
Now I only have the problem that I cannot sync windows live mail... It is working with an other account on my device so i'll have to contact Microsoft about this.

Purchased a refurbished HP6515H, updated the Rom tonight with the Rom12132beta and now I can't connect to GPRS on my phone. Can send/receive texts and phone calls. Cannot connect to GPRS so no email or internet activity at all.
I know this is a older model phone. Does anyone have the original rom for the 6515H that I can get to go back to the original rom. Or does anyone know how to fix this problem. Have done a couple of hard reset and no software programs installed but GPRS will not connect.
I would appreciate any assistance I can get. Thank you!

Since yesterday that I installed the Kaiser L26 Diamond V9 ROM I am getting a white screen with a black frame when Activesync is sending/receiving syncronazing .... I have noticed that it happends when I send an email... the email gets sent but the message stays in the outbox, therefore everytime that syncs it sends the email again to the recipient.
I have done any kind of trouble shooting possible and of course re-flashed different cooked ROMS and also the original ROM.
Have change the SPL from 3.28 to 3.29 to 3.56 and nothing...
Right now I have on my HTC branded Tytn II the Original ROM released last month, 3.28 SPL, and the problem remains.... if anybody has seen/heard or read this before please share your experience and possible solution....
My outlook account seems to be fine on the PC and OWA...
I am thinking that in some way the phone is bricked ???....

I am a somewhat profiecient Tilt user.. had a few windows mobile phones before.. and had my tilt over a year.. I never had any problems with the WM 6.0 rom so I never upgraded it.... But now I ahve a problem... Today my GPS wasn;t locking on so I reset the phone, and as usualy it fixed the problem.. but now my messaging (and email) won;t work...
I have the HTC Home Installed (been installed a long time) and I use the buttons on the clock screen on it to access my MMS and Email... I went to send a txt and it did nothing.. I thought hte phone was froze.. but other stuff works.. I tried email next.. same problem... It also says the MSVC has encountered a problem and that is not working either.. it all happened at the same time....
The real problem is I have my phone EXACTLY how I wanted it.. with this tweek and that tweek... This program and that program.. this setting & that setting... sigh... I have an odd provider (Einstein PCS) so I had to set up all custom MMS, Email, Internet, and other setting that took a long time to get them all just "right"... I thought the SD card may have went, but other software that I know is on the SD card runs fine (including tomtom)... Any suggestions from anyone before I do hard reset? Please.. I don;t want to have to redo everything...

I have found that when something stops working after installing new software, if I uninstall any software, in the reverse order it was installed, this usually restores functionality. Uninstalling one piece of software at a time and running trials in between uninstallations usually helps to identify the culprit. If you haven't actually installed new software to co-inside with the failure then this advice is no good for you.
For future reference I would recommend using Sprite Backup (I think that the latest version is 6.5 and can be found on their website). With this software you can make a back up of your existing configuration prior to installing any new software. Then, if anything goes wrong you can just hard reset and run the backup file (stored as an .exe file) from the storage card and you'll get back to exactly where you were before the install.

It seems many other people have had MOST of the same problem... When I followed the directions and deleted the inbox om my SD card, it fixed everything... even the Microsoft Voice command.. no idea how they are related, but it must be.... The only problem is that now after doing all this research on new ROMs, I found one I want to try... now I gotta decide if I want to go through all that work if I don;t have to... I think I will do the sprite backup.. download a default at&T 6.0 rom if I can find one.. then TRY The new rom.. if I hate it.. install the default rom and resotre my settings.. I have problem with SMS delivering. Sending is not problem, but if someone send me SMS in many times I dont get it, but sender get delivery message. This problem I have with WM 6.1 Toflock (about 2 SMS from 10 did not delivery) but now I have WM6.5 Build 21232 ROM *WWE [FINAL] and 9 from 10 SMS is not delivery :-( I try radio 1.08, 1.18 and now I have 1.17. Calling in/out and SMS/MMS sending without problem, but why delivery SMS ?

I used a combination if the attached files, when I used WM6.
I had to install the WM5 fix first, because the WM6 fix didn't install whithout it.
In my rom I builded an oem package of the WM6 fix and it works fine.

So I tried both fix wm5/wm6 and uninstall SMS smilyes and SMS are now good. I think that problem was in SMS smilyes because I have it on wm5, wm6 and wm 6,5 and I remembered that on wm5 I fix installed but problem with SMS was.

Here's how I solve my problem.
I swicth off my GPRS with advanced config tools.then I restart.that's it now I can send sms or receive sms normally.No problem again with sms n calling.
I don't installed sms fix wm 6 on my hima.so I think the problem is on GPRS.
So for u that want wm 6.5 u can try my way.I still prefer wm 6.5 than any other ROMS.good luck.
Sounds like nice workaround to restart tmail.exe process and get it working stable.
I also had the SMS not working problem too, but was using a Blue Angel running 6.5 (sundream's BA21928wwe). Even though I was not connected to GPRS at the time, I had been using it earlier in the day, so that sounds like a likely culprit. Whats awful is that the texts received during the time the phone was in an "unreceptive" state were not ever received. (I was using another phone to run tests). The only clue I had to the non-working texts was that my outgoing messages were sitting in the outbox and not being moved to the sent items folder.
I found this post and did a soft reset to see if sms ability would return, and it did... the outgoing messages went out - but the messages I should have received since I had been using GPRS did not come in.
Does anyone know if using GPRS will cause this to happen again?

I sent an MMS and then another SMS to see if that would work, and I did still have SMS after sending an MMS.. so its not necesarily a data connection that will break it. But for now I'm paranoid about using GPRS again until I figure out more about this issue. Hopefully future rom versions won't have this issue... and I wonder how widespread this problem is not knowing how many people are using GPRS and SMS and 6.5 at this stage.

Update: ran GPRS briefly, then disconnected via Wireless Manager, then received texts without having to reset. Still would like to know why the problem happened, since I'm planning to install 6.5 on another unit.
I'm now bring back the GPRS,n just wait n see what will happen with my hima.I will tell u soon.
I try with brand new simcard and no problem with sms n calling,no tweak,everything ok.if my older simcard I inserted then the problem shows up again..
