Sorry to say this but you seem to Be lost.
The file is part of the ship.exe, the version is dependent on the rest of the files shipped in ship.exe.

There is an official ROM update on the O2's Website. You can download it from there. But if you need brand new OS, you need to download WM5/WM6. Find the information needed in Wiki's page.

Look for updated links in WM5 BlueAngel subforum - in some threads you have still working links to rapidsahre asn similar. If no luck - post a request, somebody will probably upload it for you. Try to be specific, which rom you want.

This is the Middle East Asia - African region CID version of the HD's Official ROM. i also have this type device, but still they haven't made the 1.56 version of the ROM for this region, the last version was for Egypt. i am waiting for 1.56 MEA-AFK ROM i even contacted HTC they told me to wait till they release. since uspl is a bit dangerous and there is no hardspl yet for the 1.54 spl.
Stock SPL
Can anyone help me with the stock version of SPL for this ROM. I did download it before flashing the first time, but my pc crashed and I did not have a backup copy. Hopefully I won't need to put in a warranty claim, but just in case....

What are you wanting to do? Do you have a 1.14 rom and you want to change to a new rom, or are you wanting to change from a cooked rom back to 1.14?
If you have 1.14 and want to change, the version of hspl you will need will depend on the rom you want to use. If it is a 1.56+ based rom, you will need hspl 1.56.Olinex. Prior to this you will need 1.14.Olinex. If however you have flashed back to the 1.14 rom, you will need the 1.14.0000 spl.
