I think you can find it on the HTC official website ?
If you need help I've WM6.1 in French for T3232.

My suggestion should you install the rom english, and to be able to get the rom go to http://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki/index.php?title=Diamond_Upgrades#Shipped_Full_ROM_upgrades
while the tutorial to flash the rom you can look at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=416211
