Hi
I've collected some information about WM6 and put it in the Wiki. Please start directing people with questions to the Wiki instead of repeating that you have to format your SD card to FAT32 to upgrade rom the 15th time. Right now there are some basic information about the available ROMs (with links to download and the appropriate thread), a small FAQ, a known bugs list, and a short upgrade walkthrough.
Contributions are very, very welcome.

Most of the Himalaya information on the Wiki dates back to 2005. Can someone please update it? A new FAQ? EXTrom/DOCtool? Touchflo status? Backpack status? Shutdown at high battery %? Burning? Cooking? OEM packages? Bluetooth?
And once it's up to date please create a sticky here with a few forum tips:
-Before starting a new thread please check the Wiki (link straight to Hima WM6 section)
-If the Wiki doesn't provide the answers please search the forum, your question has probably already been asked and answered before
-You're very welcome to start a new thread for original questions, bug reports, tips, tricks, skins and so on
-Please try avoiding the creation of a thread inside a thread, stick to the topic.

Yes, life can be so simple.
Although I can't find an explanation on how to edit and link pages, create new ones and so on. I believe this Wiki has no sandbag. I've only been able to update some dead links.

I write regularly in Wikipedia, this wiki looks at least at first sight very different, maybe I should take a second look. But there should be members here with more experience in the xda wiki?

In an effort to reduce redundant threads and unnecessary postings please be sure to consult the Xperia X1 wiki first and only if you can't find the answer in the wiki than please post your question.
Also if you come across information that is helpful please return the favor by adding it to the wiki. The process is very simple. Don't worry about messing up as there is a page history for every wiki page so in event of corruption, page can be restored to a previous version.
