bricked hera100 need help

Hi
I have HERA100 which is stuck on start up logo and can not complete booting, for flashing I have to put the phone on boot loader mode, it gives me the following data:
IPL 4.11.0002
SPL 4.11.0000
need advice on which files should be used to revive my phone?

enter bootloader(hold camera and poke hole on side)
then get the official ROM(if its a tmobile wing) then flash it.
p.s. i dont think you need the official rom. ive bricked my wing and just reflashed a different ROM

I already tried that, but the upgrade process stops at 2% and the phone reboots with same condition (stuck on start up logo).
By the way, the start up logo is O2 and not Tmobile.

hmm are you trying the same rom that bricked your phone?

I tried more than three different roms, most of them stops at 3%, one of them stops at 2%.
is there any special procedure should be done?

This happen to me before u have to use the RUU and enter the boot loader through the process u were given in the previous post

your phone is an o2 xda terra. there is no ruu for the terra.
Put your phone in bootloader and use USPL or HardSPL to flash a custom rom to your phone. You will have to HardSPL your phone as it is not yet HardSPL'd if you choose to take that path. In any case, USPL is preferable until you're out of warranty

but the phone can not work in normal mode, how can I use the hardspl or uspl in my case ( phone works only in boot mode)?

for USPL: This will work in bootloader
Download it, put it in the right directory, slap in the .nbh file, FLASH-IFY!
for Hard-SPL: This MIGHT work in bootloader
Download it, press the button

[FIXED] HELP Bricked my device!!

Please help.
I wanted to update my SPL to stock (from HSPL) to be able to install the 1.56 stock ROM. What I did was:
1. downloaded 1.15 stock SPL from HSPL thred
2. Tried to flash it with the HSPL package (as described in HSPL thred)
3. After no sucsess (the RRU told me that there is comucation problem) I restarted the device and the copyed the .nbh with stoch SPL to the SD Card. Then in Boot loader mode flased the SPL.
Now the device boots every time in Boot Loader displaing ROM update Error and then on the white background it shows "Loading.." and nothing hapens!
How to correct it? Please help

put your original rom (the one you had when buyed the phone)............

happened to me this morning ....
after 30 minutes, I managed to turn off my HD, I put back the SD, the previous cooked ROM
I run the bootloader and everything is back ok!

They changed something in the house HTC

I finaly fixed it! What I did was to remove the SD Card, then Windows XP Found some new devices and the RRU connected to the phone and flashed it! Its a relief!

HTC Kaiser bricked - how to restore?

Hi,
I used Android on my HTC Kaiser and wanted to Flash the Stock ROM back on the device. I put KAISIMG.NBH and KAISDIAG.NBH on the sd card, booted the spl and flashed it. But after the reboot, android was still on the phone, just the SPL changed to 1.56. I tried to flash again, but when I start the loader now, it stuck at the white screen saying "Loading..."
Is there any solution to rescue my HTC Kaiser?

It still can be rescued..
you can't flash because you weren't using suitable stock rom for your handphone.

[q] i think i did something very stupid...ugh did i do the worst??!?!?

Ok so i did the whole downgrade and then did the recovery and wat not. so i loaded a zip rom into the memory card and then i flashed it so it worked and it went into the t mobile g1 screen but after awhile and i mean awhile nothing happened... so dummy me booted into recovery and accidently flashed the spl.zip from the sd card..... now it wont even load the bootloader nor the recovery it just stays on the t-mobile g1 screen. DID I JUST DO THE WORST AND BRICKED MY G1?? is there anything i can do or is this th end of my g1??? any help or advice?

[Q] Stuck at boot screen with the nexus logo

hello, I hope one of you can help me because I've been trying to fix my nexus one for over 4 days now ... after hours of unsuccessfull attempts... I have decided to ask for help, so heres the deal...
I got this phone from a friend.. he had tried to flash the phone (i think) and broke it.. I saw a radio update and a file starting with the name "eViL" in the SD card. I have tried to flash it several times... even deleted the two files in the SD card and 'tried' to restore the original ROM refering to the tutorial in this link..

I downloaded the ROM from the rapidshare link which was given there; All the steps worked fine except 'fastboot erase userdata' .. This one gave me an access denied error.. however, still my phone wont boot. gets stuck with the nexus logo and the lock icon.. I cant go into recovery mode.. when i try, it goes back to the boot screen and gets stuck there...Please help me fix my phone...
