I've hw6515 without any letter, one from Spain, one from Belgium, I found ROM’s for it here http://www.filefarmer.com/2/dmc8742/ and now both is English. But I still have problem with Spanish one, it is sim locked on Vodafone, and I have no idea how to unlock it. http://www.discount-unlock.com/Unlock/98/HP/ here they have not information about Spanish Vodafone. What can I do with this devise, except play with it?

1.- about the vodafone device is imposible to unlock it(i know)
2.-tellme if your imei starts with 355
IF IT DOES SORRY YOU CANT UNLOCK IT
3.-ARE U SHURE THAT YOUR DEVICE DOSENT HAVE A LETTER LIKE HW6515B,6515A,6515C??

1.- on cingular and movistar devices only can be unlock by imei code (im not sure it work) and had a cost of 20 bucks
2.- on vodafone or imei who starts with 355xxxxxxxxxxxx sorry but i dont know a rom or a sim lock software app or imei conbination
3.- if you had this follow letter in your ipaq like hw651Xx or hw694Xx yo can search the rom unlocked in hp.com

I have a problem, i have a spv M3000 with french ROM orange, but i want tu put a original Qtek ROM in. I use Lokiwiz to unlock and i execute my ROM"9100_RUU_Prodigy_1010708_108_Dangaard_FRA_SHIP.exe" i have a message if i agree, i say yes 3 or 4 times and when the flash of the rom is executing my M3000 have 3 color, at the screen of my computer i have error 294, your hadware is incompatible! I know a lot of people do that sucessfully but how?

Search the forum for CID unlocking with lokiwiz02b.
You must:
1) CID Unlock the device.
2) Download an English ROM.
3) Flash it.
This will wipe all user data on the Wizard so be sure to back it up first!
I have downloaded a rom from
ftp://xda:[email protected]/Wizard/Roms/Tmobile/RUU_Prodigy_1081002_108_10910_TMO_US.exe
for my Tmobile MDA... I just hope itz the right one... But do i have to back up the rom on my fone first.. Do i have to get an miniSD for the operation??
Any advice will be appreciated...

I had Dutch MDA myself. You have to flash English ROM if you want English user interface.
I have a german version and want to change to english, but didn't let me do that on my VPA compact II
