Newbie tryng to upgrade rom, please help!!

Hi, I've a Qtek9100 with ipl & spl 2.17.0001 WWE, so I guess it's a g4, and I'd like to upgrade to the latest spanish rom. I've read a lot of threads, including the one supposed to fix my problem when tryng to unlock the CID (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=263116), but keep getting errors when I try to downgrade using custom__ruu_wizard_1050412_wwe_101_11210_wwe. rom
The pda goes into bootloader mode and the the upgrade utility gives an "error 300: invalid update tool, this update utility cannot be used for your pda phone. Please get newer update utility" error message.
Can anyone help, please?

i m having qtek 9100 (g3)i dont know which language it is? by mistake i upgraded to custom rom without unlocking cid.. i stucked in 98% n bootloader screen appears... i want to change in english language. itried several roms.. but the same problem. plz guide me out of this. i wanna my cell started...

in the netherlands the qtek's are sold without a simlock
however, there is a possibility that there is a cid-lock.
to remove this, read the wiki.
but first flash it with an original qtek rom

then cid unlock it and flash it with the rom you want

hi, sorry im new to the site but i noticed you have the same rom as me (1.37.401.3 WWE) i cant seem to unlock the CID, on command it comes up with "could not update itsutils.dll to the current version, maybe its in use" any help would be much appreciated.
p.s i have already flashed it to get that rom so im not sure if i need to find a new one or it can be resolved...

Rom ERA I can't flash

I flash my charmer with rom ISP 3.8....-GERMAN because i bad flash with touchflo. Now i want flash my charmer by ERA ROM (which i have before 3.8) and now i can't flash rom ERA 2.0.6..... Until flash show somthing error. I flash it by charmer noid with files nb0. Please help me how i can flash my charmer to rom with ERA(RUU_Charmer_2060231_20602127_021921_TMO_PL_PLK_Ship)

If you flashed the german AKU3 rom, you cant go back to AKU2.
Besides, bad section. Moving to charmer upgrade.

I have breaked my Breeze

I have braked my Breeze.. I have installed futureshok's WM6 Rom.
But today (i dont know why (i'm a idiot)) i have installed 1.09 SPL and now i cant start my Phone. I see the Splash Screen but the phone doesnt continue to start.
Cane someone help me?

my phone does not pas the 3-rd logo screen

!! Problem solved !!
the 1.09 boot loader is QTEK_A07
you need to flash
1.RUU_BREE100_1.34.261.1_1.38.00.10_HTCRUS_SHIP
2.SSPL your device
3.flash other rom

IPL 1.0 And
SPL 1.09
I must somehow flashing SSPL 2.0 from the Bootloader

just flash
RUU_BREE100_1.34.261.1_1.38.00.10_HTCRUS_SHIP
and will boot
after that you install sspl

yes i have tested it, but it breaks by 1%.
i cant install this rom..

How find via mtty CID of my kaiser ?

My kaiser failed to flash, kaiser gets only to bootloader and haven't HARDSPL, of course, know orign of the phone and I need help with mtty, how command to get CID on the phone for flash original ROM and then do HARDSPL, tkanks dor any advice and sorry for my bad english
