Have HTC posted an official ROM update for the Trinity on their website, or have they ever posted a ROM update for any of their devices? I've scoured through their site and none were found. I find this very hard to believe!

It's not new, it's like the others, but packed and wrapped differently. Check the link, the pictures will give you a good idea.

I don't know if it is the latest or not, the Wiki lists it as the latest from AUS.
Let me know if you want it.

I'm not sure which one is better, the Wiki says that the .18 version is an HTC rom, anyway there is a link to download the .18. I couldn't get the .16 download to work anymore but I have it in my archives if AX3L needs it.

I just got a brand new HTC 3600i yesterday and 3.00.707.18 is the version installed on it. It is HTC not Dopod, but i guess it depends how much you care about branding.

if your adm blocks rapidshare.. let us to know where did you can get download succes... to TRY! reupload at your choice... BUT! remember to mention it on the ROM forum.

FTP xda? see the wizard sub thread on wizard main forum there is the ftp link just navigate to find the roms....
if you dont have attached anything... the size for upload are too light so try ftp. if not
agin.... tell us where to upload a mirror... even sky storage by MSN allows 30mb to down!

The roms aren't there. xda-dev were told to take them down by microsoft. There is an old text file in the root of the ftp stating why, but since WM5 has now been replaced by WM6/6.1 I don't see why they don't put them back. It's very annoying since I'm looking for a 02 UK original rom.

as the title says...according to the WIKI, the latest rom version is Rom 1.21.841.1 (38850) WWE, so was just wondering if anyone has it?

ok so, with this serial HT851KD22894 you can download from the australian htc site only the version 1.18.707.3 (2009-01-22 ) so that it's the latest....... in this case the wiki page must be updated.

it is the 1-22-2009 asia rom update. some cooked roms already included the core OS from this update.

ok. Im try to download it now, it is hTC_Asia_WWE_1.18.707.3_Radio_52.49a.25.26_1.09.25.14_Ship, but by issue date, it should be latest. i dont know about 1.21.841.1 (38850) WWE in the post listed. maybe wait for other to make sure it is available.

As with every other HTC phone I've owned, the stock ROM is absolutely useless. Does anyone know where I can download 1.21.841.1 so that I can revert to it for warranty purposes after I install a cooked ROM?

1.21.841.1 Rom
This rom does exist this is the telstra branded rom when you use the correct serial the htc will allow you to download it their link will stat 1.18 but the file that it down loads is the above rom version this rom is customised for telstra which is the only carrier in australia to be selling the HD This is the version with the 850 umt band as this is the NextG Network the wiki is a link to the share on rapid share so can download from their as for the (38850) I did not look at this when i had it loaded on phone.
