Flashing the rom of a US phone with the UK version

Hey Everyone,
Quick question, I have the T-Mobile MDA sold in the US and I want to flash the rom. T-Mobile US has nothing on their website, and the only rom update I managed to find was from tmobile U.K.
Can I go ahead and flash my US phone with ROM for T-Mobile UK?
What are the implications?

Latest AKU T-Mobile UK
I am clueless in ROMs and stuff; However I have an MDAcII, wanted to check if it was up to date ROM wise (its got the 2nd version of T-Mobiles ROM on it) and I noticed today that on T-Mobile UK website they offer this for updating ROM:
RUU_Charmer_38221_382116_026921_TMO_UK_WWE_Ship.exe

This doesnt line up with the Wiki entry for Charmer's latest official ROM which is shown as being:
June 2006 - WWE AKU2 - T-mobile UK. RUU_Charmer_2060227_20602110_021921_T-MobileUK_Ship and which is thwe one on my MDA at present
Can anyone who knows tell me if this latest official ROM update is equivalent of AKU3? I googled for the new file name as shown above and nothing came up...

And now my T-mobile (UK) MDA Compact II is able to use a vodaphone SIM

T-Mobile - US ROM and UK ROM

Hi guys,
I tried to download a upgrade file for my T-mobile phone at http://www.t-mobile.com/wmupgrade/ but it seem to be hard for people. It requires you have to have a T-mobile number to download it.
I just got the phone, from T-mobile, but I don't have the number right now. Do any one known how to get rid of it, or just share me a phone number.
I can download the ROM from UK website. Can anyone tell me what's th different between US ROM and UK ROM? I got a G4 phone which is running 2.26.10.2 WWE US ROM. Can I use the UK ROM? And do I need to upgrade it.

Hi ...
I have a Xperia X1i which i used to have running on the Vodafone Network in New Zealand. I have since Changed networks and changed Roms.
I am having trouble getting my device to connect to the net Via Data. I have had it done before on my new network which is telstra Clear NZ. But the rom that i was using was an HTC Build and now the new rom i can't figure out how to do it, and more so I can't find the APN settings for telstra NZ
Can anyone help me out?

Can anyone who has an vodafone IT branded phone ectract the xap of the My Vodafone app (http://www.windowsphone.com/it-it/s...e48db-fce7-df11-9264-00237de2db9e?signin=true), as I am not able to download it via store because my lumia isnt a vodafone device...

Try looking in another forum the Vodaphone OEM-ID to use in fiddler. Something like VOD-UK.

My Vodafone app is not phone-dependent. I can download it on my unbranded Ativ S, provided I put a Vodafone SIM into it.
