I presume you mean the ORANGE SPV m2000 and want the corresponding ROM update.

Is there an update available for the English version? All I can find is French & German. Orange UK site just states 'discontinued'! Thanks.

Hi all,
I try to do a ROM upgrade from French to English. When I launch the upgrade program (from I-Mate) in my SVP M2000 I get an eroor message:
ERROR 120: COUNTRY ID ERROR 28-28-12-12-12
Can anyone tell me, please, how can I upgrade my SPV M2000 to an english version?

you need to change the country ID insite the rom by editing it, but do not forget your SPV2K keybord is AZERTY and the upgrade will be QWERTY...
you should upgrade to the new Qtek FR rom

Does anybody know if its possible to get localized ROMs somewhere? Like, say, Russian ROM, French ROM etc. Do they exist?

:lol: I've got a French localized version on my Qtek 9100 and I'm trying to move to a WWE version (the WWE Qtek 9100 was 240 Euro's more expensive than the FRE Qtek 9100).
If I only I could make a dump of the ROM for you... but I'm stuck with the password issue when I try the 'r2sd all' inside the romupdate.exe program.

The type testing failed was for a new rom tool.
The rom should be fine, follow the 1.40 upgrage on wiki
