Desperately in need of wm6.1

Hi everybody. I've been looking everywhere and the only place i found for a windows mobile 6.1 is here. Infortunately everyone has been personnalised with bunch of programs i dont even know the source and what they are or some programs wich i like has been deleted. I am desperately in research of a original untouched windows mobile 6.1 becaus i always meet bugs with windows 6.0 even from the manufacturer and the 6.1 i tryed from xda gave me some bugs too and are too much personnalised for my taste. I want a plain original wm6.1 the latest one as possible or if anybody can tell me where to find it please. My email adress is [email protected] and my phone is a htc p4350 innovation. Thanks to anybody that can help me and i'm sure this tread will help a lot of other people in the same situation than me if a guardian angel respond to that emergency!!! lol

you really need to take a deap breath and calm down , who the he.. wants a stock, slow, laggy etc etc rom?
and btw, there is no official wm6.1 for p4350, and never will be.
if u want unmodded roms, you are at the wrong forums my friend.

It doesn't exist. We all port WM6.1 from betas from other phones. If you want, you can use my JustClean as a base. It's pretty stripped.

Maybe you can just check my name and read the reviews I made about roms here on the site mate ... There are so many I can't suggest one to you . But trust me between the cooks here something has to make you smile.

Well, my Sig is always up to date, had ICP-Fans 2.0 ROM before and now Papamopps v4.
I'm really waiting for Itje's Touch-IT 7.0 Final or a new clean ROM by any cook.

OKies mate ...... I am in between roms right now . I think I flashed this t-mobile wing a bit too much its lagging no matter what . About to flash it back to t-mobile and then HardSPL all over again.

I made some similar experiences, but I didn't make sense to me.
Anyway there is no stock ROM for the O2 terras so I wish you good luck with that experiment.
Let me know about the outcome.

I will . I just guess the stock rom will clear all past installs. As its the actual base of this horrible phone . LOL ... Normally with flashing you flash stock rom bfore any other rom but guess we stopped doing that with G3's ....

Do you want a good Laugh .... I damm near bricked my phone ..... Ok I reverted back to t-mobile now but I still have HardSPL installed . Using dharvey4651's method now ill tell you what happens.

Ok that didn't work at all .... Maybe I need to re-install an different rom first.
Ok now I am flashing back to ITsPapaOffice_MMS. It was the first rom I saw....
OK ... This is the part I don like .... I still see an ugly t-mobile splash screen .... Ok Now I see papas screen but damm the t-mobile was there ....
Once again tried dharvey4651 method with no success ...... What a horrible day I almost feel like a noob .... Something cant be right .....

Let me try it this method.
ok ok ... So far looking real good ... Lets see the outcome .... I am at 79% with an all white screen . I guess thats normal .... Keeping my fingers crossed ......

OK it looks like its successful .... My readings are as follows....
IPL 4.10.0002
SPL 4.10.0000
Lets see if t-mobile boots properly in this original horrible rom...
** Yup I am back to t-mobile .... Now I have some work will HardSPL all over again in a little while ....

Luckily everything went fine, but how about speed gain...is that even possible with the bloated T-Mobile ROM

Rom loaded and gone . Already HardSPL all over gain and trying another rom that I missed. T-mobile felt so bloated and slow that I thought the phone was dead ...

And is your Wing still lagging? I mean of course you cant measure it but your overall feeling?

I think I want a new wing . I rather a tilt but I don't have one yet and don't plan to pay a big price either. I believe I can SERIOUSLY say I have flashed my wing an easy 300 or more times. I believe its time for a new one.

abdul.rafay7 : There is no Public Cooked ROM Yet for the Himalaya Devices, the one's you are talking about or linking are for Blueangel devices, these are Himalaya's

any luck for wm6.5? or is there an official rom release? can u all give us the true fact?

Hi everyone, first i want to say that i apologize for the noob question that i am going to ask but i kinda suck at looking through forums.
I want to know if you could give me a link to the latest upgrade released for the 9100 and also i want the touch flo 3D or 2D.
Do you know which Touch flo would be the best for the 9100? thank you for your help and sorry again!

hi there the wizard does not have a high mem capacity.
i strongly recomnd you to search on the forum for answers.
If you want the new developed ROMS there are many here the newer are from CRACING, ANGEL, HDA2_HASEEB
(CRACING AND XDA_HASEEB HAVE EVEN WM6.5)

i forgot to tell you you need to know if your 9100 is a G3 or G4 device, if is "unlocked" (to upload/flash) the new ROM you migth choose.

1. our great tommy34 whos giving us some great ROms(thank god we still have him
2.Ironegle very sad hes upgraded to Iphone 3G
but hes left us giving us the kitchen hes used for his great Roms
3. JadeMan hes just missing dont know if he has upgraded or what
4. Me - cant really put mere here im just a provider of the Pdaviet ROM
thats something any one can do right if not me some one else right
5.RURU - i dont know were he is now
so what we badly need is some new cooks to give us some new ROms
well me im not a techi and im getting too confused in using the kitchen

OK, i've tried to get into the kitchen from ironegle, but its too complicated for me....

second that. tried too, was able to build his old 23001 version (didn't try to flash tho, hehe). downloaded MEGA pack from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=541625 and checked. the files should be merged with the EXT folder, but the file structure is different. example:
MEGA pack folders:
PACKAGE_MEGA_2DManila
PACKAGE_MEGA_2DManila_0409
...
kitchen folders (EXT\Jade\20771\Jade_External_Packages)
2DManila_1_20_19131530_00\0409
2DManila_1_20_19131530_00\files
...
even if they are probably just needed to be copied in there, I still dunno if there's some registry file to edit. also dunno how to upgrade from the old XIP(?) 23001 to a newer one (too many files/dirs) and even if it builds successfully, I wd be just too scared to try that self-cooked stuff myself!
just takes too much time this s**t and I am already wasting enough..
so, I'd love to see some old cooks helping or new cooks coming over to bring some of the new goodies to us poor little Jade owners. or we all need to buy a new HTC phone asap!

this was also what i was thinking, i own a touch pro but my wife owns a jade and i was thinking of buying her a new phone or il cook some roms for her...
i dont have rom cooking background but ive been reading recently and who knows maybe this reading could help me cook roms for the jade....
though im scared to try what i have cooked, is there anyway i can check the rom without actually flashing it?

its xip 23028 sys 23028 wm6.5
ext packages included are merely of the 23001 build of ironeagle, if the beta rom is running then il try updating the packages to the mega one with the new tf2d....
as of now im scared to flash it, anyone who wants to be a beta tester?

its great that u have taken the step i realy apreciate this great try by u but all rom cooks first try it on their phone and then on finding out its ok they release the same no offense if ur not willing to try ur creation tell me who will be willing to take the risk

isnt it impossible to destroy the phone with a rom? i mean you always get into bootloader mode and can flash a new one, right?

i dont own the device
but i can try cooking a few ROMs for jade
but i will need a few brave guys to test them out as i cant do it myself
anyone interested in being a guinea pig??
if its fine then you can PM me with what builds etc you need and what apps you want and we can work along

if what u say is right im ok in beta testing any new ROms given for jade
but im not sure about this i need confirmation from some expert on this
as my phone is only around 2 months old and i do feel a little scared to do such a thing
Note : Very very bad 165 visits and only around 5 postings

well it would be easier if i own a jade but unfortunately its my wife's and she doesnt have a backup phone so i really cant mess with her phone....
and also, i am not fond of flashing via bootloader, so if i mess thngs up, i dunno how and am not excited usng the method...
so i was guessing if someone with expertise in flashing via bootloader, he/she could give it a try snce he/she wont brick the phone coz its a jade rom...

All of you have to wait, I'm working on it but too many fixes our Jade needs for using the last 23028 Build.
In this very stable and fast build, Microsoft implement the new "look&feel" for WM 6.5.1, a more user frendly GUI. (so many new bug-fixes for the chefs right now)
And also, all we need a 6.5 Native Kernel for Jade, just for better performance...
Currently I'm using a 6.5 build 23016 ultra fast & stable ROM (0410 ITA Language), no known bugs, but I really wanna use the last build and feature of WM.
After more than one year Manila 2D sucks now, I need something new for my PDA.
And about the Mega OEM, let me say is not so easy, I'm working on it too!!
So, in my opinion you have to wait, be patient, have no sense ask for the last new build available today, you know what I mean: MANY BUGS, A LOT OF PROBLEMS IN THE HTC JADE CUSTOMIZATION, so bad using our Jade in this way !!!!
Anyway, I'm cooking and cooking and cooking.... I'll let you know, providing you a new rom ASAP!

guys, are there other ways to move stuffs to folders in start menu when cooking a rom aside from using winimage... im havng problems working winimage, can someone help me in this..

look for a file called initflashfiles.dat
it should be in OEMLang**** folder
or somewhere in OEMs
modify it the way you want

Because I'm trying to shoose a rom in italian...but I don't find one that's not the original.....
I'm trying to port one to italian but its to complicate.....I've done one on the original version with kitchen v1, but now with the Ervius Kitchen I have problem (its to complicate).

it is just a first step we still have a lot to improve.....
will be a slow process as i cant test it myself
but do try it out and try to post bugs if you find any
and all suggestions are welcome

I want to apologize if my English is poor. I am French.
I see that a version of WM 6.5 exists since some time and I would like to know if one version French exists with TF3D 2.5.

*There is a French local image of WinMo6.5
*Manila can be translated
But unfortunately nobody seems to be working on a French rom.
ManiaHD told me he was interested in working on TP2 however he hasn't got any device for the moment...
So wait and enjoy English roms

THAT guy is WHY i will NEVER cook a public 6.5 rom for the Rhodium... I myself have recooked a WWE 6.5 ROM to French for my personal use on the base of NRGZ' Warhawk ROM but some people just think that it is COMPULSORY for us to just "post a mirror" for their own personal pleasure.
Jrecho, remain with your crappy french 6.1 rom and don't even bother asking for anything on this forum.

LOL, what an over reaction the guy is just asking for a link Maybe not with the perfect form but there is nothing impolite or rude in the request. You're free to release your work or not. This forum is a place for exchange and help.
