Dutch MDA-3 from T-Mobile ROM upgrade

Hi Guys,
I know this might sound like a stupid beginner question but
a. I read the forums and didn't find good info on Dutch T-Mobile MDA-3
b. I promise that if I get help from you guys - I will pitch in and help others. So thanks for helping out !
I have a Dutch MDA 3 from T-Mobile with the following:
ROM Version 1.06.00 ENG
ROM date: 08/05/04
Radio Version: 1.00.00
Protocol version 1337.30
ExtROM version: 1.06.118 WWE
My questions:
a. Is there an upgrade ROM for this phone? I called T-Mobile and they said that they are not sure when and if there will be and upgrade.
b. Is it worth upgrading? I guess newer is better but still - what becomes better - is the bluetooth clearer? is the WIFI range improved? is the phone's stability better?
c. Again, thanks a lot for the kind help

Upgrading US T-Mobile MDA

Hello,
I have a new US version T-Mobile MDA witht the following:
ROM Version: 2.16.9.1 WWE
ROM Date: 2/6/06
Radio Version: 02.07.10
Protocol Version: 413.1.03
ExtROM Version: 2.16.9.101
I just upated my device with the instructions provided in one of the froums. I had hoped this upgrade would have provided for A2DP, but apparently does not. Can someone lead me to the correct ROM required?
I have prowled all over the forums and cannot seem to find a single thread that can provide the ROM link and the information I need. More problematic is that whenever I try to download a file from within the forum it fails.
Also, when setting up my profile, after selecting my device all the ROM versions were at least 3.x.x.x or higher...didn't even know there were available ROMS that high!
I would sure appreciate any help that anyone here can offer.

what you need to do is go here:
ftp://xda:[email protected]/Wizard/Roms/Qtek
and get the file that reads:
RUU_Prodigy_2080701_101_11310_Qtek_WWE_Test.exe
this has the new BT stack that supports the A2DP.

Thank you very much for your help! I guess A2DP has some way to go...music gets chopped up a bit about every 25-30 seconds...but it is convenient.
I notice with this ROM Upgrade it would seem I lose email push...not a big deal, hopefully a better ROM will be released soon.

ROM File overview

Hi,
I bought an O2 XDA Mini S on ebay yesterday and I am starting to read all the important forums but it seems to be hard to get "basic" information on the different ROMs floating arround the net.
Could anybody point me on the right thread or give a short overview of the available ROMS (mrclean, molski, original o2, ...) and their advantages/changes (e.g. language support, ...) and/or personal experiences?

i have been spendnig a while on this forum and doing alot of reading on some Upgrades and to be honest am more confused than when i started.
I was looking to upgrade my rom in hoping it will fix errors and make it more stable and faster than what it is, Is this true?

The reason why I wanna downgrade my O2 because the MEMORY STORAGE only 3.52 MB Free space. I don’t know how to free that memory storage little bit more. So I decide to downgrade or upgrade to another OS that had better than this. So all the master in xda developer forum, I actually lack of information about this WM 6 TofClock. What the plus or the minus from this OS 6 Prof? I really thank you if you’re all can share to me some info. And beside this OS 6, is there is another WM OS that really match or effective for my O2 XDA 2? What the best WM OS for O2 XDA 2? How I find the upgrade/downgrade file? And how to install it to my XDA?
