Ok i have read the WIKI but.. where do i download the roms from i tried from the forum but the links were dead in the ones i tried all except BA_WM5_AKU3.5_R4-xplode.lazy.release
I wanted the other ROM the AKU 3.5 WM5 Helmi v1.4.CF2 R2(by baniaczek)
But its download link were not working has anyone got a working link?
And also what is the best ROM to totally soup up my BA as i have just got it second hand and wanted to get it up to scratch

Its all device specific otherwise its like trying to put a volkswagen engine in a peugot - prob will not work!

Well that rom will give you a good base rom - if you want to flash it up - i suggest a wm5 big button dialer http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=282570 , some new themes, contactmanager http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=320544, newmenu http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=255580,
That will do you for starters - just search the forum esp development and hacking - many apps there.

ROM for dopod d810 on Telstra Australia ?

I am a raw newbie to flashing my ROM (never done it before)
I read the trinityguide and will follow that when I do it .http://trinityguides.info/
Just wondering if anyone out there in Australia and on Telstra can recommend a ROM to use. Or should I just use the official one offered by HTC?
Any advice greatly appreciated as I'm a little scared of my first flash

I want to flash it to upgrade to WM6.
I currently have WM5 ROM version 1.23.707.5
Basically I want to have WM6, plus a working gps - but I'm concerned I'll screw it up and end up without a phone.

THanks for the link. As it turned out I stayed up real late last night and flashed my dopod with a hard spl, new radio and cooked rom from karmba.
All things considered it went quite smoothly and most importantly it works.

Looks like you have it sorted, but if you want to check it out you can always register on the HTC Australia Members club and the Official WM6 rom is there.
I flashed my D810 using that one and it was a piece of cake. works so much better than WM5.

RadioRom 3.07.90

Here is an RUU update for ONLY Radiorom.
If you have unlocked device or HARD-SPL this should work right out of the box.
IT only flashes RADIO (GSM)
So the running os is not changed.
IT IS for testing.
on other devices they are using it and ASERG also recommen to use it.

battery lives longer? better signal reception? i have 120minutes of waiting till i can download it..

it is in the Touch-It 4,
Running now 2 Weeks no problems at all.
I agree battery and signel are better.

Well I am running touch it 4 and under device information Radio Version is 03.07.90

The same with me !

My RadioROM is the same as papamopps', still 2.94.90 even after Touch-IT 4.0 and the black edition.
Itje also didn't mention anything about that in his feature lists,
so I guess you had it already or got it from some other ROMs.
@papamopps: Should I or shouldn't I...

itjes ROM really only contains the os.nb...
but when you once had another version of HTC official ROM or a aserg rom - which contains radio - then it is once flashed and never been changed when the rom only contains os.nb
so let us know about your experience!!

Why not.
WE ALLWAYS can go back.
Taking an official released rom - extracting ruu_signed.nbh
this will contain another Radio GSM.nbh......
so we can flash back a lower version...
For me 3.07.90 is running smooth.
and better connection bars

so you have to search each thread of theses roms - if it contains an info about radiorom...
Or when did you buy your Herald. Perhaps they are sold with this radio froms tock rom???
Then we can use it without any fear of danger.....

Actually just wanted to know if you figured out any improvements. I guess better connection bars is indeed a good reason.

get it in Aug./2007 as O2 TERRA then it was changed in Sep./2007.
It Booted only to the Splash

You men after flashing the RadioROM it only boots until the splash screens?

I have not used radio in my roms, sorry

I figured out!
- itje never included Radio
- ttran never included radio
so @ ghostrider (and for me very lucky)
= you got your Terra in September with STOCK radio 3.07.90!!
Great to hear it was included by O2 as default Radio - lucky for german terra user...

No, I flashed it with an ROM without an CID-Unlocking.
On the new one I did the Hard-SPL, the same one as Papamobs.
Now I can Flash any ROM without Dramage

Urgent Help Needed for SPV M700 (solved, see solution)

one of my friends have an SPV M700 (looks exactly like my trinity).
his ROM was very bloated and i volunteer to flash it with a new, lighter ROM.
i flashed three different ROMs and with each i got the same result:
the today screen has no background (only some white/gray one) and no writing.
the icons are there and the upper and lower bars are there. between...icons and emptiness. when i am pushing the icons i can see for a split second the letters underneath...
news: reflashed with an original wm6 ROM end everything OK!
went back and flashed with a cooked ROM (4'th cooker now) and i came back to the same problem.
never flashed one device 5 time in 2 hours..lol! heeeelp!
i have the problem with the today screen only. the rest is working fine. no writing...
please advice.

[ROM][DAN] Official Danish Shipped ROM (1.14.403.0) (24011)

Hey !
I have dumped my shipped danish rom on my diamond so that i could allways get back to stock rom from custom if i needed to send my blackstone in for repairs..
And i've decided to upload the rom so that others can do the same..
I have dumped this from my Blackstone and taken out OS only. This means that you will need HardSPL OR USPL to flash it !

Is it posible that you can take stock and weather program out of the tf3d, so it could be used without tf3d?
Do you cook with or withou tf3d.
The tf3d could maybe be as a cab. file.
I like windows raw, without programs. But with tweaks, and the thinks that are needed, hotfix etc.
Great to have a cooker, I would like to test, I have not been flashing a Htc, but I have flashed my Eten x800 many times. But this is a little different. But with the right instruktions this should not be a problem. Of cause in danish.
