How we can reset call timer's??? - P3600 Software Upgrading

Any one know how we can reset the call timer's on trinity device's??
Thank's..

Try a search in the Hermes thread. I've seen it there before and its possible it will work with this device. It's a matter of running a couple commands in the bootloader to reset the call timer data.

hi, look at THIS thread, it is at least two way, how to reset, one via bootloader and MTTY and second one throught playing with time... njoy, and give us feedback, if it help, or not.

Thank's but on trinity with spl 1.7 you can't use the rtask b command.
tyask b command can only used for 1.01mfg spl provided by payed cid unlocker...
USB> rtask b
0 <--- wait until you see a "0" here
ate1 <--- enable local echo
atv1 <--- verbose output for return values
[email protected]?1 <--- get outgoing call time
[email protected]?0 <--- get incoming call time
[email protected]=<value1>,<value2> <--- set incoming and outgoing call
Click to collapse
The question is..
Is there any other away to reset call timer's??
If i use the 1.01mfg spl can i reset the call timer's??
Thank's for your time...

Ok so i successful reset the call timer's on my trinity.
You nead 1.01 bootloader mfg (payed cid solution)
And this code on mtty:
1) put device in bootloader mode
2) disable activesync usb connections
3) connect to bootloader using mtty.exe
4) when you see "USB>" prompt type this (DO NOT COPY-PASTE):
Code:
USB> rtask b
0 <--- wait until you see a "0" here
ate1 <--- enable local echo
atv1 <--- verbose output for return values
[email protected]?1 <--- get outgoing call time
[email protected]?0 <--- get incoming call time
[email protected]=270F,270F <--- set incoming and outgoing call
Thank's to all...

[SOLVED] 9 times of 10 I get tricolor at boot :s

A KAIS130 with original ROM was charging (with an charger from ebay but I use it already for months now). Now this morning I looked to my phone and i get a with 1 sec "image file not found" then the normal tricolor screen with the versions on it.
But if I boot many times i get lucky and it go to the normal OS.
This is my work phone, so I need to trust on it, when it hangs it need to boot like normaly.
Now i tryed MTTY but it does'nt seem to work (vista?)
Please help.. I could use paypal
SOLVED:
thx to an very old PC that i found in the junk (lol) at my house with XP on it.
for other people.. download MTTY 1.42
and do the following:
PHP:
1) Kill activesync processes: Ctrl+Shift+Esc in Windows to bring up Task Manager. Kill wcescomm.exe and WCESMgr.exe (by selecting the task on the processes tab, and clicking the End Process button below)
2) Phone needs to be POWER + Record + Pen Reset and on Serial/USB screen. COnnect it to the PC, and it should show USB, with the backlight remaining off.
3a) Run mtty1.42.exe. (or the attached mtty application)
b) Select USB from first list (where COM1 is displayed. Don't press USB button). If USB (or a list item containing USB) isn't in the list, then you have't connected to the PC properly.
(Leave default parameters: 8 bits / Flow Control NONE / Stop bits 1 / Parity None / Local Echo No)
c) Click OK
3) Run following commands:
[press enter first to get USB> prompt]
USB>
5. type "set 14 0" without the quotes to tell bootloader to boot the OS after reset.
USB>set 14 0
HTCST ÚÈHTCEUSB>
6. type "task 28 55aa" to get your device formatted
USB>task 28
DOC_format_HW+
DOCInfoTableinitHW+
Binary0:dwSize=80000
BINFS0:dwSize=0
FAT0:dwSize=1000000
FAT1:dwSize=2BA0000
All:dwSize=3C20000
USB>
7. type "task 0" to ask your device reboot
USB>task 0
USB>
after then I never had the tricolor again and did not need to do a hard reset.. did NOT lost anything that was on my phone.

Stuck in bootloader

Hi,
Just something strange happened. I wasn't experiencing any problems at all but suddenly when I tried to boot my TP2 it got stuck in the bootloader (at least that's what I think)
It's a red, green, blue, white screen and the message i've got is:
Serial
I already managed to flash the standard ROM again but that didn't help. Anyone knows an other solution? I really hope my phone isn't ****ed up :'(
Thanks in advance and you can expect a donation if you can help me fix my device again
Edit: some more information.
How it exactly happened: I had the EnergyROM running on my device and shut the device down correctly. I removed my battery, Sim card and MicroSD card. After that I've put the battery back in, connected with USB and it didn't went any further than the bootloaderscreen. Since than I've managed to flash some other ROM's on my device but I never managed to get further than the bootloaderscreen saying the above. The latest ROM I have flashed is the standard ROM.
Nobody? I'm really desperate. If it even would be possible to flash the standard spl back without synch or booting the device would help me a lot because than I could just send it back to HTC
Thanks in advance
Does it say RUUNBH on the screen anywhere?
Ta
Dave
the information above is the only thing that appears on the screen. I just flashed the stock ROM by renaming the nbh file to RHODIMG.nbh
I got the message everything went fine:
Bootloader: OK
.. : OK
Radio: OK
OS: OK
and update succesful
After that I did a soft reset but it is still the same message as before:
It's a red, green, blue, white screen and the message i've got is:

Thanks,
I will try that when I've found another battery cuz mine doesn't seem to charge any longer. I will let you know if it worked.

ABSOLUTELY cannot root this G1!

The G1 is a loan from a friend, they want me to help fix it.
I get to the final part here in the list of rooting the G1:
10. The Final step is to type
"am start -a android.intent.action.MAIN -n com.android.settings/.Settings"
After I do that, in ADB all I get is this sign >. I get no settings menu popup in the phone at all. It stays at the no sim card / emergency calls only screen.
Fixing the phone for a friend - absolutely no way I can obtain a sim to get past this - no sim card at all. Its a fresh downgrade to RC29 to begin the root.
The reboot command works on the phone perfectly. ADB recognizes the device. Permission Denied in ADB when trying to SU.
I need to be able to bypass the activation AND the No Sim / Emergency calls only screen, thats my goal, to root, and install recovery and finally cyanogen.
Do have experience with ADB. Is definitely installed properly. Driveres are definitely in right.

I think there's a newer dreaimg.nbh file available that allows you to skip activation. Do that and install the 1-click-root app and be happy.
Nah I cant find it after tons of looking around. I just need to get that settings screen to pop up. But nothing........

That requires adb to be enabled, which I believe it is NOT enabled on a tmobile firmware.
There was another sort of bug in the tmobile firmware... stuff you type might just be run in a console as root. I don't recall if it applies to where you're stuck, but it might... I think it is... try this:
Flip open the keyboard and type this: (don't worry that it doesn't show up on the screen)
<enter>sqlite3 /data/data/com.android.providers.settings/databases/settings.db "INSERT INTO system (name, value) VALUES ('device_provisioned', 1);"<enter>reboot<enter>
Where "<enter>" is actually pressing the enter button.
It should reboot at this point and hopefully it will come up to the REGISTRATION screen instead of the NOSIM screen.
Then type:
<enter>am start -a android.intent.action.MAIN -n com.android.settings/.Settings<enter>
(again, won't see anything, so just type very carefully...)
If all works as planned, this should pop up the settings program, you can go into network and activate WiFi, press the <back> button a few times to return to the REGISTRATION screen, then you should be able to register (if you want). Or, when you activate the wifi, you could just type in <enter>telnetd<enter> and log in through telnet, root, and be happy.
Note: I believe that you can enable adb using this command:
<enter>setprop persist.service.adb.enable 1<enter>
** if you do this, then you can do the other two commands I showed you over adb rather than blind.

That isn't going to work for him since he doesn't have a simcard.
oh ok I didnt realize he did not have a sim card, my bad.
Without a SIM card, you're pretty SOL. It has to be in RC29 or RC7 firmware to be able to access the WiFi via that vulnerability, so you'd have to start there. I don't know how far you can get with SIM message, though.
Well, just search the development on this forum you can do anything even if you don't know how, and my last g1 i had to pass everything like you then root then unlock and done alll of that and now runing flawlesly. Don't be afraid of searching. And p.s. you don't need a sim card for anything after passing the login screen.
