If you had checked the download link on the site to which you are directing people, or read other postings on the topic, you would know that the download link is still, at the time I'm writing this, for the old ROM. Someone jumped the gun at Cingular and HTC will not be posting the ROM until Monday.

If you had checked the download link on the site to which you are directing people, or read other postings on the topic, you would know that the download link is still, at the time I'm writing this, for the old ROM. Someone jumped the gun at Cingular and HTC will not be posting the ROM until Monday.

Actually the properties for the download link indicate the new ROM and not the old 1.8. The file is corrupted. End of story.

Well, lookey here. Cingular will offer an update in the near future that, much the same as the Palm Treo700W update, won't wipe out your device! I was hoping they would do this!

My bad. Browser cache let me down.

It's the NEW rom but the self extracting archive is damaged. Damn!

Direct Push

Is direct push still working for eveyone on cingular, I tried today to see if it was still working and couldnt get a message to come through, i've ran it many times b4, just checking in.

and oh yeah sorry to double post in my own topic, if summiter is reading this are you planning on releasing a 2.5 rom or should i just go with your 2.3.

Go with the AKU 2.3 ROM for now..2.5 will take awhile.
As for uh I just forgot your original question. Oh yeah, DP. It's working swimmingly for me. Here comes the usual troubleshooting question:
Could anything have change related to your Exchange server, either the server itself, or perhaps networking changes? (You know how IT likes to play with firwall rules randomly to dork with the users..)
Can you do a manual sync over ther air?

he's a busy guy, go with 2.3 for now.
my push mail works fine today.

I've been using mail2web.com and worked in the past unless they changed something, and yes I can sync over the air

I vaguely remember reading a thread about one of the public push providers making a change. I don't recall the exact details but I believe it was related to SSL. Perhaps a search on "mail2web" will turn up relevant posts.

I can guess, ....It's a 3.2 ROM developed by Molksi and Faria, which can only be used by the chosen ones who received the password for it.

It's a Molski test ROM with the Faria/Bebe 3.2 base.
It's password protected and I'm not sure if Molski's going to release it.
(hint - don't PM him for the password)

I thought so. Can't wait till it will be released (if it's going to be released). Im running moslki 2.26 +cf2 now. works better for me than faria 3.2. I had some problems (the gsm part wasn't working so well)

Noone is going to give you the password. This is the BETA version and it is for BETA testers only. You'll have to wait until when/if the final version is released, just like the rest of us.

hmm thats interesting... labeled 30mb and with faria base i cant have (with 8megs paging pool) more than 26mb - and faria says "its normal - its for minisd card"
without card i have realy 29mb but.. hmm maybe something had changed from last release....

No. Not unless you like killing your device. Never use the ROM of ANY other device, other than the Herald/Atlas. We have a perfectly good Radio ourselves. Try it out.

i found the Artemis's AND ELF's radio is the same
but where htc 4350's RADIO came from?
for ex:03.07.90?

I'm running 03.12.90 on my phone.
To get the newest version, just download any ROM that includes a radio and you'll probably be able to extract it from there, or just search around.

can you share your radio with me ?

LOL. I've had it for months... I thought that was the version that everyone else used! (I checked my device and it's showing up as 03.12.90.)
It's on my kitchen but I'm about to go to bed and this laptop is spacing out on me when I upload things, so can anyone that downloaded my kitchen upload it if they get to it first before I do after school tomorrow morning?

Stock ATT Rhodium Rom

I can't seem to find a flash nbh of the stock rom that came with my att tilt2. I need to send it to ATT for warranty work, but I can't send it with this energy rom. Any ideas?

The other thread has 11 pages of dump files in 400mb extractions. There should be one stock thread for the stock ROM, it shouldn't be closed. I'm just trying to make it easier for users in my situation.

I didn't see anything in the 30 day return policy about it having to have the stock firmware....

if you would have read the pages, you would have seen that that point was brought up and people are currently working on trying to get the stock ROM in that thread.

Well, if it isn't packaged as an .nbh with a CustomRUU.... Nothing you can do with them!

Seriously? This thread makes it easier to find than the other threadS (yes, notice the capital S) that also have STOCK AT&T ROM in the title? Really? Your is more special for some reason?
I'm not trying to be mean here, man, but come on. You found the other thread and you couldn't even have asked in there "Hey, is this ready to be flashed?" ???

I think someone jsut did it. It doesnt include the stock radio or stock welcome screen, but its a start:

i think i will be able to do the spl once i have to stock rom flash on the phone,since spl is the last thing you do on your phone
