Hi,
Anyone found a way to move the new windows taskmanger over a few icons towards the middle? It's always hidden under the X and thus useless to change programs. In fact it might be useful to order/move all the icons in the top task bar??
I've always used Magic Button but it doesn't seem to work that well with WM6.1, Ariel or WiseBar might be an option? Otherwise thinking of remapping one of the very scarce buttons??

Somehow I managed to remove the icon completely. Anyone who knows how to get it back?

Yep, that was how I setup TaskManager.
x Enable "X" button to end running programs
x End programs by tapping "X"
o End programs by tapping and holding "X"
x Enable Quick Menu on Today screen
x = checked
... however the TaskManager quick menu in under the "X" button. i.e. you have to close every program to get to the manager to change to the program you want ... but now it's closed??
I could use tap & hold to end, then minimise every program to change, but I was thinking like magic button - if I could just move the |||> icon over one space to the left I could tap TaskManger and then go to the program I want. Maybe I'm just being really really dumb?
Missing TaskManger dis this fix the problem?
Is there an App that will make the programs close when I press X or exit ?

Found that, which version ? Does it take over Manilla ? I like Manilla.
I found that, holding the X button closes the app. Just clicking on the x button "minimizes" it.
you can change behavior of X button in Advanced Config
Advanced config did nothing for me. Programs like Messages, Photo Album and the like, still stay open even after holding the X button as suggested by gm112
Try out Xtask; it works really well.
from the task manager , go to the Button tab
choose " End programs by tapping "X""

I have a Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 tablet and developed an Android app which shows a webview in fullscreen mode, so no title bar in the app is visible.
The app also consists of an options menu. My problem is that a long press on the tablets menu button ( the button left to the home button) shows the option menu. The options menu should be only opened by a Javascript function I call in my webview.
Since the user should only see / work with the webview I want to disable accessing options menu by long pressing menu button. How can I disable this?

Since a week I have 3 problems with my smartphone.
1 - I have no notifications displayed in the status bar.
2 - When I swipe down, I can't access the quick toggles.
3 - My HOME button don't work properly. I must press RECENT APPS button before using HOME button.

Multitasking button doesn't works sometimes neither in onebutton navigation mod nor on onscreen buttons. I have to restart the phone fix that . Can anyone help me. Why this is happening ?
Are you talking about the split screen? There are a few apps that don't support it!
Workaround that you can try is, go to developer settings and scroll all the way down to find - "FORCE ACTIVITIES TO BE RESIZEABLE" and activate it to see if it works properly! Otherwise you can try a factory reset..

It doesnt work sometimes i have to restart it. I can only press back and home button. i dont know what happens.
