hello there i have been looking around trying to find a thread to help me i found one but didn't really help i want to see if i could listen to my music through my bluetooth? can some one please help

This is a widely known problem. To this day there is only one possible "solution" but this entails removing Bluetooth functionality from your device.

I just purchased a bluetooth earpiece for my IIi in the hopes that I could stream music through it. APPARENTLY, the BT device only suppors the handsfree profile, which means all it's good for is to relay PHONE CALLS. I don't use the phone that often so it seems that I wasted my money. Anyone know a solution to get the phone to reroute music to the BT device if it's possible?

EDIT: Argh, I am an idiot. I tried a crapload of tweaks to get it to play on my earpiece when all it took...get this, was a push of the function button on the earpiece. The icon on screen immediately changed, and now I'm listening to Jingle Bell Rock at pretty decent quality on my headset. Thanks anyways peeps!
Great to be of help.. Merry Christmas... Now, don't you want listen to Jingle Bell Rock in Stereo instead of mono? It's also working fine now, just that you will have to find the correct hack for your phone.. It took me 6 months to get mine..

I just got the 8125. Now, all I was trying to do is to get my plantronics 260 stereo bluetooth headset to make it work so I can listen to my music from my 8125. I makes and takes phone calls pretty well. I just doesn't work with the windows media player. I'm all new to this stuff, but while browsing through this forums trying to solve my problem I ended up here were now I hear about cid and unbloking and Aku3 and I have no idea what that is. Do I need to do any of the mentioned before to get my headset to work the way I want it? How should I fix these problem? Please help.

CID unlocking has no interference with Bluetooth communication.

i have just upgraded my herald to wm6 from wm5 last night but now when i pair my bluetooth audio does not sound right it sounds all distorted when im listening to music i have tried to pair again but i still get the same can someone help me in how to fix this please im not good at registry settings so please go slow with me

hey there thax for the help but unfortunately it did not work the sound still comes out distorted i even tried to up the values but nothing maybe im doin sum wrong i dont know but i think i followed your instructions to the letter. isnt there anything else tht can be done?
well ill try to reistall the os maybe i installed an app thats causing damage

Please help to share your experience if anyone had fixed the same below problem with me.
My G1 with Germany origin. I connect to Bluetooth to listen music easily, but can not make a call via this Bluetooth.
I tried to use cm4.1.99; cm4.2.6; and now cm4.2.8.1, but also it can not work.
Please help if you know.
