My phone is bricked after trying to flash WM6.
I've tried to put original T-mobile ROM but there's error Invalid vendor ID 294
I've tried to put Wizard Love ROM but it gives me an error 300 INVALID UPDATE TOOL
I have G3 device
IPL 1.01 SPL 2.26
I tried dozen of things and nothing helps
I don't understand what PRODIGY ROM and A.K.U means- can't find it in search

I have a QTEK 9100 and it only takes a couple of the QTEK RUU updates and only a couple of the I-Mate K-JAM RUU updates. Most importantly it will NOT update to the latest QTEK 9100 RUU rom nor will it not update to the latest K-JAM RUU rom either. I prefer to have the latest K-JAM rom as that is what I have in my other MDA VARIO and it's great!
Now the error I receive is Invalid Vender (vendor?) ID... I HAVE unlocked the phone (both SIM unlock AND CID unlock)... I have CID unlocked it with both aWizard AND lokiwiz and I have also installed the EnableRAPI thing.
I have done everything I have found on these greate boards here at XDA-Developers and I have found nothing to fix this problem. I am able to use custom roms as well. But I can't use the K-JAM one. ALWAYS error 294 invalid vender id.
Does anyone have any ideas?

The only thing I can suggest is that the CID unlock didn't work fully. It's worth checking the text as the lokiwiz runs to make sure the CID unlock actually goes through - see various posts under the lokiwiz thread on the general wizrd forum for information. dropping back to the QTEK Custom ROM and then running the lokiwiz has been a solution.
still no luck
At the moment I managed to put a different custom rom on there (button's custom) and even after doin the lokiwiz unlock and then attempting to put the latest imate rom still have no luck, still the same error: Invalid Vendor ID. Also i think i tried the same with the original qtek rom as suggested and had no luck... maybe someone could point me to the custom original qtek rom that would fix my problem? Maybe i used the wrong one?

I tried the custom rom you suggested and THEN unlocked the device again, also did enableRapi, then attempted the latest Imat K-Jam rom update and it failed with error 294 invalid vender (vendor?) id... with the red green blue screen on the QTEK 9100... For additional info it displays IPL 1.01 and SPL 1.0.1.0000
Please let me know if you have any more ideas on how to update my QTEK9100 to the latest I-Mate K-Jam rom successfully. Also, for some reason one of the older I-Mate roms updated successfully, but the latest one doesnt.

I had the same trouble. Try this:
Load the custom rom that JoninLA suggests.
Then unlock the CID using aWizard.
Then load the original Imate KJAM ROM from the ftp site
Then load the AKU2 Imate KJAM ROM
That should work.
Should I CID unloack with aWizard in between all these updates? I would think so right?

I did as jasoncheesemanuk suggested... with the custom rom on there i UNLOCKED CID, then upgraded to original IMATE rom, then attempted to upgrade to latest IMATE rom (without unlocking again) and i got the same problem: error 294 Invalid Vender ID
Please help, is there a solution out there? Why is this QTEK 9100 so stupborn?

I was flashing my 8125 using awizard. I went through the whole process and at the end I recieved and error message on my phone. Now when I reboot my phone I cannot get past the splash screen. I have IPL 2.26 and SPL 2.26
When I get into bootloader mode and try to run the Original Cingular update I can get to the part where it starts the flash and I am told I need a newer NBF file. All other cooked roms I have tried won't even get that far.
I have backed up the rom image from my other 8125 that has ipl 2.25 and spl 2.25. When I try to restore from the SD card I am told the Update is not allowed.
Please help me because I cannot fix this.....

I have a real problem after update my MDA Vario (T-Mobile) with AKU3.3
I have follow Version on my MDA Vario (german)

Then I used LokiWiz Version 02 for unlock - works fine!
After this I go to the T-Mobile Page and load the AKU3.3 Update.

I followed the instruction and after 95% rise an error:
Error: 326 - Wrong statement, the NBF file doesn't fit to your phone.
After the reset I see a color screen (Bootloader?) RUU
IPL 1.03
SPL 1.03
The communication to the update program works, but the same error rise.
I try it two times and tried it with AKU2, too. The same error.
What can I do?
If there another ROM Version (german) available for my MDA ?
I see here many wizzards and updates.
I only that it works!

I'm stuck wit CID unlocking. I've got a G3 MDA Vario(Dutch T-mobile)
First i tried to unlock with the button rom(custom__ruu_wizard_1050412_wwe_101_11210_wwe), but everytime i flash that rom it gets stuck at 98%.
After that i tried the Xda_MiniS_LaunchROM_v154102 Rom, and it did flashed my IPL to 1.5 But my SPL is still at 2.21. But i tried Lokiwiz02b and i get the ERROR: ITWriteDisk - An internal error occurred.
After that i tried the Wizard_love Rom. And i tried again. The ipl stayed at 1.5 and spl at 2.21. I tried Lokiwiz again, but with no result. I still get the error! Is there a solution?

Everything did go fine, I have IPL 1.01 and SPL 1.06, en when I want to update tot 2.26, i get an error [294] INVALID VENDER ID
Now I'm stuck at the RGB screen.
So I installed button's rom again, now i have a working Vario, but when i try it again, AGAIN the INVALID VENDER ID error, stuck at the RGB screen...

Use WST to make sure you have successfully CID unlocked your device.
If it is confirmed, get another version of RUU from other ROMs and copy nk.nbf to that RUU.

Your phone is still CID unlocked,after flashing and downgrading with Button's Rom 1.05,you are supposed to use lokiwiz 02b to SIM/CID unlock the phone and then upgrade to T-mobile 2.26.

But is there any Dutch translation of TNT? Or Dutch WM6 ROM wich I can use? Or do I have to go back to WM5?
