I was wondering i saw many people with an MDA Vario.
But i think i step plan what should be done for upgrading would be nice.
I've searched allover the forums but could not find it.
What is the first step you have to doo?
What will happen with the original Rom and Extended Rom ?

I dumped my Rom exactly how Angelusz described in his tutorial -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=462926
Just wanted to have a dumped Rom for myself just for the case I need to flash it back one day when my X1 needs to be repaired .
It would be great if anyone can test the dumped Rom and confirm that it works so that everyone can profit from it.
I hope it'll work.

i bought blackstone a week ago from kuwait "middle east"
i had the followings :-
rom d 1.14.488.3 (22273)
radio r 1.09.25.14
g 52.49a.25.26 u
preinstalled on the ppc already
when i did the update process from htc site for my ppc i noticed that the firmware is old. so, i'm looking for the firmware above
i searched every where dutty's site here and ce 4arab
any clue guys where to find that firmware ??

Sorry, I'm a bit confused. What exactly are you trying to do? You have this ROM on your phone but you want to find this ROM again? I don't understand at all. I'd like to help you out but you need to be more specific.

Gud day guys, im just a newbie here and just want to ask for your help on my Imate Kjam, I've upgraded it to WM6.5 but unfortunately the touchscreen cant be used, i decided to downgrade it to WM6.1 but where can i find WM6.1 for my Imate Kjam?
