Hi,
my Mteor is not playing mp3 anymore!!!!
Every time I've tried to play one mp3 song I'll received this error
"An Unknown error happened 0x80070002"
I believed that all is happened after have installed Pocket Music Player... If I'll reinstall PMP the mp3 "in that programs" runs smoothly, but mp3's not working anymore as ringtones
Help me please!!!!
thx
Make sure your ringtones are in My Docs on either your main mem or storage card. Obviously, worst case you can do Clear Storage. You should be using The Core Media Player, IMO.

When I slide to the music icon, all the sounds that are on my phone appear, and I mean all the sounds, voice for gprs, phone sounds etc.
I have downloaded music from my pc to the storage card, but they do not appear under this icon. They do appear under windows media in the programme headings. Any help?
Am I the only one with this issue?
I Think so...
I also have that problem, I have moved about 650 songs over to the music folder on the storage card. All in their correct albums and by artist.
I then goto the music tab on Touch Flo but the only two songs that are there are the two that are pre-installed!
I can listen to them all through the windows media player which doesn't bother me as I've just hidden the music tab under touch flo.
What does bother me is that in windows media player hardly any of the songs I have transferred over are in the folders they are meant to be in! 80% of my songs are listed under unkown artist and then all. So there is no way to listen to say listen to a particular album by The Beatles.
All the songs have the right name but about 500 of them must be all grouped together.
I really want a way to sort this?

I had the same issue a while ago. Try soft and then hardresetting the diamond; that fixed it for me at least, after the hard reset it reloaded all the songs.

HI!~~
movies (AVI form) or mp3s into the storage card
movies : i used windows media player and COREPLAYER to play the movie, it just says cannot play it.
mp3 : the sound goes fine, then stops..... starts, stops.....like half second of playing, then half second of stopping.....
if i copy the mp3 files onto the ram (128MB), it works fine.
so, is there any problems with the INTERNAL STORAGE (4G) on my diamond??
is it possible for me to get warranty from ORANGEuk ???
thx....
Hey,
I got my TD2 this morning and i love it.. such an amazing phone.
Altough probably from my mistake, i have problems with my music.
I got a MicroSD card, and i put some songs on it, and put it in the phone, and they played fine. Bu then i wanted to be cool, and a few of my songs didnt have an album photo, as i was scrolling between them, so i thourth i add photos to everyone of them. I got my MicroSD card out of the phone, and deleted the songs of it, and added photos to my old songs and put those on to the SD card again. But in the phone, in the Music album at "Now Playing" all the list of songs shows, without album and i cant click on them. I cant play it, a cant delete (i dont know how.)
If i go to the File Explorer -> Storage Card -> Sounds -- Its empty, but there are all the songs on my phone, and idont know how to get rid of them.
How do i clear the whole playlist, artists, songs on the phone ?
Or what do i need to do?
Anyone got any ideas ?
I apprichate the help in advance.
Have you tried a soft reset?
Disable Tflo3d
Soft reset
Delete in Application Data\HTC\AudioManager_Eng the file AudioManager_Eng.vol
Enable Tflo en let the musictab search again
When I first got my TD2, I loaded a lot of my MP3 music into the SD card; these albums also have pics. Then when I ran music from TF3D, after a few secs, the track will hang. This happened not only to MP3 from my SD card, but also MP3 titles that are preloaded into the TD3 (2 music pcs I believe). I tried all sorts of things; even wrote to HTC Support but could not resolve the hang problem. Then, by coincidence, I put a different SD card (with no MP3 files) into my TD2. To my surprise, the hang problem disappeared. Subsequently I deleted almost all of the MP3 files from my original SD card, but kept just 2 albums (with pics), and TF3D Music played these without any problems. Still don't know the cause of the hang; I know the MP3 files were a problem, but can't pinpoint exactly which MP3 file or pic.
Oh guys, your awsome
Thanks very much for your help.
My X1 shows the Sound files of my installed Games&Apps in Media Player, X-Panel Player etc please help me to fix this.. very annoying
Already tried to hide the game folder, but then the phone doesnt start any app or game from this folder, please i want to listen only to my songs not to these damn game sound files, it sucks so much
............ damn this is so annoying.. i'll flash a new rom
Don't use Media player. It was very annoying for me, too, so now I am using Nitrogen - for me the best mp3 player and Core player for movies (it can play divx movies instead of MP).
thank you, coreplayer already installed damn great software
thanks, i didn't know nitrogen, will try it out now
see ya
I've had Perception 10.1 on my phone for quite a while now, and overall I like it (that's why its been on my phone for months and months now). But yesterday I got some voicemails that I downloaded from Gmail and they were saved as mp3 format files. The built in music player refuses to play them. It just gives me the message that the music player doesnt support that file format. I thought this was completely strange. So I put a couple of music mp3's on the sd card, and the built in music player wont play those either. Does anybody have a solution to this? What music player wouldnt play mp3's, thats crazy?? I know for a fact that the music player that was in an earlier version of Cog that I was running played music mp3's.
I'm thinking the best solution would be to get a different stock music player apk and then use adb to push it to the phone?
